VRBO property and the condo and property were just as we expected; clean, comfy and felt like home. Owner was very pleasant and prompt when we needed any communication. Definitely would stay there again.?

Loved the soft yellow walls, floral and beach decor, white furniture, just how a beach house should look. Well stocked kitchen and laundry supplies. Loved the beach front balcony with comfortable chaise. Perfect for naps!

Read carefully what is included in the condo. There was no Kleenex or hairdryer or light weight blanket on the beds-only sheets and the comforter. I asked about the hairdryer and the response was not included. The kitchen had everything you'd ever need, but no hairdryer. And, most beds have sheets and a blanket of some sort to use as a coverlet instead the the bedspread.

Comfortable and convenient. Hostess was awesome, excellent service and communication!

Everything we needed was in the condo! It was a great experience! Our family of four (my husband, a 4-year-old, a three-year-old, and I) plus my mom had plenty of space! Steps from the beach, and the owners are great!

We had a great week at Debra’s condo at island royale! It was perfectly located on the beach with beautiful views out the master and living room. Great communication. Easy to get to and from the beach. In walking distance from a few places, but not in the busiest part of town. Would definitely come back!

Condo was decorated beautifully, stocked with everything you could need and perfectly situated on the beach. Host was the best I've ever rented from. She responded to inquiries very quickly. Received parking pass and list of supplies and amenities that we would be in the unit, by mail, which made packing so much easier. Will definitely rent this property again. Great experience.

The view was great, condo clean and roomy and had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen and bath areas. We will definitely book another stay. The owner was great to answer any questions we had and was available to reach out to us if needed. We loved the great view to have our morning coffee!!

Nice little condo on the Gulf! This is a middle unit in a nice quiet complex. Two bathrooms came in handy. Not a lot of “extras” but it had the basics with a nice bubble shaped balcony right on the water. Pool area looked nice, but we never used it as we spent every day in the ocean! The parking was easy and the elevators were never over crowded. Bring your own blow dryer, shampoo and laundry detergent.

The property was in a great location and Debra was extremely responsive and an amazing hostess! Will be staying here again in the future!

6/15-24 - 6/22/24 Exceptional condo and owner! The cleanliness, decor and attention to detail of this condo is impeccable! Our seven night stay was fantastic even though the weather didn’t cooperate for several days! Relaxing in this beautiful residence made it all worthwhile. The fifth floor views are amazing! And, the proximity of the beach is awesome! Debra is the best host/owner! I promise you will not be disappointed in renting this condo! We will definitely be back!
