Set along one of Panama City Beach’s quieter stretches, this 2-bedroom retreat gives you front-row access to the emerald coast, with panoramic Gulf views from the private balcony and a laid-back setting made for families, couples, and beach lovers.

Inside, the living area is designed for easy downtime after the sand and sun. A comfortable sleeper sofa and two sitting chairs face a large flat-screen TV, creating a relaxed spot for movie nights, game days, or cooling off between beach outings. Just beyond, the private Gulf-front balcony invites you to slow down with morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply the sound of the waves in the background.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for casual meals at home, from cookware and dishes to plenty of prep space for snacks, breakfasts, and beach-day lunches. The dining table seats four, with additional bar seating at the kitchen counter for extra flexibility.

Sleeping arrangements are well-suited for families or small groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, Gulf views, and direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

The communal amenities make Blue Marlin especially easy to enjoy. Ramsgate Harbour offers a 550-foot private beach, a community pool heated seasonally, covered parking, and a community clubhouse that can be reserved through the HOA office. Guests also receive two beach chairs and an umbrella each day from March through October, weather permitting. For added fun, beach chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, and beach bonfires are available through Surf n Sun, with seasonal beach bonfire invitations included with your booking.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- This unit comes with 2 parking spots and guest must registered and pay the HOA directly for parking pass. $35 per pass. Upon booking, we'll send an email link to register and pay for parking pass.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    Host was very attentive. Blue Marlin was beautiful and well appointed. Best stocked kitchen in a long time! Only downside was the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows could use some upgrades Other than that it was perfect-

    Comfortable place with easy access to the beach that wasn't crowded with reserved chairs. It's away from the crowds, but close to everything in 30A & PCB - even Destin. One of our top places we've stayed!

    We have 5 members of our family and all of us agreed that this was hands down our favorite vacation! The location was perfect between shops, and restaurants and sandwiched between PCB and 30a gives alot of options. The porch is so spacious and open and getting two and from the beach was very easy. Check in and out were both easy and they answered any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks for the memories!
