Gulf-front Condo on Fifth Floor with beach Views, pool & Gym

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We love this location! We’ve stayed in many of the units within this condo and this was one of the best we have stayed in.

The condo, building, grounds and location were great. The only issue was went the ac leaked, I called and texted for assistance in the evening with no response until morning when someone just showed up. It all worked out ok. Surf Hut next door was very disappointing for diner.

Loved everything about our place. Would recommend it and stay there again. My only teeny tiny complaint is that there wasn't a hair dryer.

The proximity to the beach was great. Check in was easy and the kids loved having their own room with their own bed! There were a few minor details that weren’t great, the tub drain in the master bath didn’t drain well, the broom that was there was so wore out that it was hard to sweep up the sand that was tracked in, but neither were a big deal. My only major complaint was the obnoxious upstairs neighbors that didn’t observe the quiet hours and acted like they were the only ones staying there. But I guess not everyone has common respect for others. Otherwise, we loved being so close to the beach and that it wasn’t overly crowded.

We had a great time! We LOVED the location of this condo. I was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the beach! The walk to the beach was easy and very accessible for my elderly mom! No complaints!!!!

Amazing beach and fully equipped and clean condo. Love the less crowded beach of this Condo. Condo was much nicer in person and beds are comfortable.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Great oceanfront view. Located near shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much!

While we had a great view and the enjoyed the private beach, the property was old and the elevator smelled terribly mildewed, as the floor had been removed and only a wet floormat and pressed wood sub-floor remained. The master bath sink did not drain properly and a light bulb was out in the guest bath. In addition, a kitchen drawer was stuck and would not open and close correctly. Some updates have been made to the unit, but the age still shows throughout the unit. Some of the furniture could use replacing also, since a few pieces are worn, and almost all ceramic decor pieces were broken. Also, there was no hairdryer in the unit. We had to buy one. Vacasa was easy to work with, but we would never rent this unit again or rent in this complex.

This was a great place to stay and check in was super easy. It was just off the busy path but close to everything. Included chair rentals were very nice to have! It was an overal quiet complex and great for families.

This condo is a solid value in a great location. The beach is wonderful and the amenities of strong loungers and umbrellas already set-up on the beach is fantastic. The photos on-line actually play down the unit. Just a solid vacation rental. We will be back. We rent condos for every trip due to the size of our family. So believe me when I say this one is worth a try.
