Stayed Sep 7, 2025We love staying in this unit. We came a little earlier this year but have stayed in this same for the last 5 years in a row. It feels like our home away from home and is awesome knowing exactly what to expect year in and year out. The location is fantastic and quiet, gated secure community, great pool and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach and crystal-clear Gulf waters. We can't wait to come back next year.

Stayed May 17, 2025Online this unit looks great, but is only good due to lack of easy maintenance that hasn't been addressed. Growling & leaking hall bath exhaust, broken LR remote, rusted freezer shelf, dryer doesn't dry no hangers in closet and condensation on the tile floors due to AC being set wrong. After Maint and A/C calls, problem solved, but was obviously already issue as there was dehumidifier running. No instructions to do anything with dehumidifier. for the disappointed

Stayed Oct 30, 2024The condo is nice, but needs some work. Our stay was at the end of October into early November. It looked like it had a long hard summer. There was mold in both showers, ceiling fans either squeaked or only worked in high speed. Coating on mirrors was chipping. The bed sheets were ill fitted. The property management was super quick to repair a couple of more pressing issues. The property grounds are very nice and well kept.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024We love staying in this unit, every late September/early October for the last 4 years in a row. It is so nice knowing exactly what to expect year in and year out. The location, quiet, gated community, great pool and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear Gulf. We can't wait to come back next year.
