Gulf Front Condo, Breathtaking Views and Resort Amenities

I can’t say anything negative about the condo. We have bee going to Orange Beach for almost 30 years and this was definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed.

First off, it was very easy to rent. I do not like the Vrbo app, though. I don't find it very user friendly. I also think more specific check in check out information should be included for the property they rent. Now, the condo was clean and absolutely adorable. It was exactly like pictures show. Bring trash bags, tp, and laundry detergent (however there is a Dollar General across the street). Also bring extra wash cloths. They have 4 in each bath and not it's just not enough, even if you washed laundry constantly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay tremendously. I would recommend Bluewater to others and would enjoy staying in this condo again. Check in and out was the easiest EVER!!! Great customer service also! Top notch!

Loved the unit and property. The check in was easy. Very well kept and the vibe in the area was very chill. We will return!

Beautiful and relaxing condominiums. No problems at all, first VRBO experience. Highly recommend this place perfect location to so many places and just steps to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Made for a special trip with my girls.

It could have been cleaner and it was hard to get in touch with property manager to resolve tv issues. Several electrical outlets didn't work. Also, our shoes were stolen from the boardwalk while we walked on the beach. Yet the beach was wonderful and the views spectacular.

Great location, nice pool, steps to beach, great view, furnishings have been upgraded. However, there needs to be attention to detail. Washing machine did not work and was not repaired during our stay. Internet was spotty and took multiple calls to management to get it working. Toilet lid in hall bath would not stay up. Had to request addition parking pass and get temporary pass from security. Patio furniture very uncomfortable. None of these are major issues but are things you’d rather not worry about on vacation.

Blue 403 is absolutely wonderful. It is so fresh and updated. The condo had everything my large family needed to have a great time. The view is amazing. With 5 kids we were carting plenty of stuff to and from the beach and the location of the room made it less of a chore. I can’t say enough great things about the room. It really exceeded our expectations.
