**GULF FRONT CONDO** Amazing Ocean Views* Island Sands 308 w/beach service

The condo was everything and more than advertised. It was spotless and decorated wonderfully. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners are great to deal with. Getting up every morning and seeing that view was awesome!

We loved our stay at Island Sands 308! Host communication was excellent and helpful. The condo itself is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is gorgeous and the beach is easily accessible. We already plan to return.

If I could give this condo and its hosts more than 5 stars I would! Everything was absolutely perfect for our 4 day, 5 night stay! The condo itself is gorgeous and the view of the gulf from the balcony is breathtaking. Not only was the unit clean and inviting, but the hosts included every amenity you could possibly need and then some. A well equipped kitchen is always important to us when travelling and they had everything provided we could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean.I also really appreciated that our hosts could easily be reached and were so responsive to questions and concerns. It began with their contact with us several days prior to our arrival and extended thoughout our stay. We had a cable and internet outage when we first arrived and they went above and beyond to look into the issue and provide us with updates. They even contacted a neighbor in a unit below to come up and check in to make sure we knew the issue extended beyond our unit.I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Okaloosa Island. Our stay met and exceeded my expectations and i dont think we could have made a better choice. Should we decide to visit again, I would rent from The Logans in a heartbeat!

This is the perfect spot to stay and relax, catch amazing beachfront sunrises/sunsets, etc. The unit is very clean, tidy and nicely equipped for your stay! The owners have went above and beyond in the details that make this unit such an inviting and comfortable home away from home.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo! My husband and I have been taking an early anniversary trip to FWB together since 2020. We've stayed in Island Sands a few times before, in different units, and had great experiences too, but this one set the bar high! Everything about this unit was amazing. It was clean, ready at check in time, stocked with everything you need. Has comfy living room seating, soft/comfortable bed, and the ocean views are amazing! The owners were super communicative and you can really tell they want you to have the best vacation stay! I have zero complaints about this condo or the owners and I will definitely be booking again in the future!!

This condo is by FAR the best condo we’ve stayed in at Island Sands. Very clean and stylish. And everything worked!! We’ve had issues before with outlets not working. No WiFi. Valerie was EXCELLENT to communicate with prior to and during our stay. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Great condo with easy beach access. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Condo is decorated beautifully, and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, and Valerie and Victor are very kind hosts. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was great except for the pool area. Landscaping has been neglected and I pulled weeds from the cement cracks. The pool had some algae areas that need to be taken care of in the future.

This is lovely condo. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Owners are very attentive. Check-in was easy. Views are amazing!Just note that this complex does not have an elevator. It was not an issue for us and worth every srep.

This beautiful, clean, comfortable condo is spectacular! It truly has everything you need for a wonderful week’s vacation-the kitchen is wonderful to cook in! The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The whole condo is quiet and family oriented. Very easy quick access to the ocean! The condo owners are SO helpful, gracious and kind! It’s truly our favorite place to be!!

This was our 2nd stay here, and hopefully there will be many more! The condo is beautiful and offers a breathtaking view. Everything you could ever need is provided, it is spotless, the bed is really comfortable and convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The owners are the best at communicating, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. This is our favorite VRBO experience ever!

This is our 5th year staying and Island Sands and 3rd year staying in unit 308. We love how small the building is (not over crowded beaches) and that the unit comes with chair service as well as extra chairs in the closet (this is helpful bc sometimes the chair guys pack up before we are ready to go up). This unit is equipped with plenty of supplies to cook meals at the condo. It is very comfortable and we also love the extra half bathroom which is unusual for a one bedroom unit. We always have clear water, see lots of marine life, and enjoy our stay so much! Communication with the owners is always amazing which is very much appreciated.

The condo was extremely clean and decorated perfectly! We had everything we needed and loved the quiet condo on a less crowded stretch of beach! Owners are very easy to communicate with. Definitely a good place to stay.

We had the most the most magical time while staying at 308 Island Sands. Our condo was pristine, the view was gorgeous and we enjoyed plenty of sunshine, sand, and the pool! It was perfect. Thank you Valerie and Victor! Can't wait to go back!

The place is very nice and perfect location. Your away from all the destin conjestion. The owners care about your stay and want to make sure you have an experience you love and enjoy. The beach is just right outside your condo and short walk to the water. Very beautiful, we will be back.
