Stayed Sep 29, 2021Very clean and comfortable. Began the experience with excellent communication and easy check in. Beds were comfortable. Huge balcony with plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the beach area. Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 5, 2021Large beautiful unit and balcony in a small condo building. The views and beach were awesome! The kitchen had everything you need to prep and cook meals. Convenient parking.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House needed some cleaning dishwasher didn’t work properly had to hand wash dishes including ones in the cabinet. Pool has no heat really cold says no pets but dogs around a lot even have a dog area but I would have brought mine if I knew. Ice maker really loud If pool heater worked I’d definitely come back though it’s just little things they need to know to help them out. Gretchen isn’t their so she don’t know

Reviewer Comments: The property is beautifully situated on an awesome stretch of beach in a quiet are of Panama City. Yet it is still close enough to get to restaurants and activities. The dishwasher was not working so we hand washed dishes all week which was not fun. But in all fairness, we did report it and they offered to come take a look. However, we did not want to spend our time waiting on a repair person. We wanted to be on the beach. The lights in the laundry room were not working. We did not report that until we left. The unit could have been cleaner. The furnishings are outdated and need to be refreshed. I want to give a kudos to the young men that handle the beach chairs. They are amazing. The unit did come with 2 chairs which was awesome.
