Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time vacationing in Sandestin and we loved the Westwinds building. It is a resort like building with a great pool area and private beach. The hot tub was not heating correctly, which was a disappointment since we had one cool day, but not that big of a deal. The actual condo was nice and clean with large bedrooms. The balcony was HUGE and had great views. We saw so many dolphins while sitting on the balcony. The only negative for the condo was the living room rug was dirty and stained and needs to be replaced. The living room furniture had some wear and a stain, but overall in good condition. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals in. The management company was great. We had one minor issue with our door code, and they resolved it immediately. Overall, a great trip!

The property was great- the condo was clean and spacious. Slept all 6 of us very comfortably. Loved the pool/bar/beach. Feedback - for the price, beach service should be included. Beach service was expensive and the property allows people to set up their own umbrellas and chairs in front of those that paid for it, which was frustrating. Other than that, no complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and was as presented online. Nicely appointed rooms with nice bedding. Plenty of space and bathroom amenities. The view was spectacular. My suggestions for ease: Provide pool towels, as they are bulky to pack for 6 people and expensive to buy when down there. Every other beachside condo I've rented provided them. It would also be nice to stock everyday spices in the kitchen like salt and pepper. We left ours. Tupperware or storage containers also would be welcomed.

Reviewer Comments: This unit was so clean ! gorgeous view from balcony ! plenty of room for 6 adults to live comfortably for a week! the pool was wonderful and so easy to walk to the beach. this was our 2nd year to stay here and we plan to come back for a 3rd next year!
