Gulf front 4B4B spacious condo with magnificent unobstructed ocean view!

Our stay was great, we stayed in the same unit last year so it worked perfect for our family. Very disappointed when we arrived and the pools were closed and parking for our unit was unavailable and owner of unit did not notify us that this was going to be an issue. We had to park across the street and there’s no crosswalk so that was challenging at times because street was busy and we had small children. Owner of unit stated we could park in other owners spots but we were asked to move. Also found out that owners were notified September 1st that construction would be taking place on both pools and parking so it would have been nice to know since I could have canceled our stay there and moved to a different property. Also bathrooms were closed so every time we had to go up to our unit on the 6th floor. Just a very disappointing situation. Owner stated they would provide a discount which they did but for what we paid the discount was very little. We will be staying elsewhere next year.

Check in was super easy. Very nice place but the floors were very gross and sandy before we even came in. Don’t walk around barefoot or you’ll have black feet.

We had six adults and four kids (ages 9-14) and had a great time! Condo was clean and had chairs and umbrellas we were able to use on the beach. We sat on the wraparound balcony most mornings and evenings. We were able to see part of the Blue Angels practice from the front door. The pool was nice, but there weren’t many lounge chairs. Hot tub was clean, but it was small (4 person max). It wasn’t a high traffic area, and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The concrete barrier around the entrance was tight and had multiple scrapes where other vehicles hit the wall. We have a smaller SUV and didn’t have a problem, but it would’ve been very difficult with a truck or large SUV. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Tv in kids room didn’t work! Ceiling fan in kids room didnt work, parking was difficult! The unit was nice, clean, and enough room for everyone, beach was not crowded and easy access

This condo was perfect for our stay to gather the family and celebrate my grandson’s birthday. Beautiful gulf front view and access. Kids loved looking for shells & sand dollars, riding the waves and playing in the pool. Perdido Key beach area is perfect with access to everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This corner condo was very spacious and just steps away from the beach. Perfect accommodation for our family, including six adults and four children.

Gorgeous unit direct on Gulf. Everything was perfect from the ease of check in,covered reserve parking. Condo is very well appointed,had everything we needed and more!The commercial size ice maker outsidethe lobby was a nice bonus as well.

We loved this condo and location! It was really nice! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, huge deck with a beautiful view, was not crowded at all and 20-30 mins from all the favorite eating places in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach! Also came with 2 reserved covered parking spots but there was plenty of other parking for the rest of our crew! We will definitely be coming back!

Great spot for a family vacation. The condo was way bigger than we expected and was in a great location. The views were stunning. Very close to the beach and amenities. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend this condo to another family.

Condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of (5) adults, (1) toddler, (2) elementary and (1) teen. Kitchen FULLY stocked - more than we needed, including a good set of knives, pots/pans, utensils. Balcony was huge with lots of seating. Mattresses seemed new, very comfortable. First time in Perdido Key area and we loved it. Ate at the Sunset Grill twice - good food, served fast …on the marina with a small play area for the grandkids.

This condo was great for our family of 10. Lots of space, beautiful views, quiet and everyone was very friendly. So far best condo we’ve stayed in since we’ve been coming to Perdido Key for 10+ years.

We had a wonderful time at a great location and beautiful beach. Highly recommend this property!

As asvertised

The space in this 4br, 4ba apartment was fantastic. Had some access and cleanliness issues, but owner addressed these promptly. Access to the beach and building amenities was easy. Would recommend to anyone needing this amount of space. Great value for our group of friends.

Quiet spot with quick access to restaurants, stores, etc.

Beautiful condo and very spacious. We especially loved the floors, the large balcony and the awesome view. The condo was very clean and the owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.
