Very clean, great view from balcony of beach

One of the best views I have ever seen and the balcony size is huge. Overall the property is very nice and the owners are very helpful.

Great location right on the beach and a short drive to any other activities. Owners communicated well and everything about this unit was perfect. They worked with us on a change of plans and we were extremely pleased!!

Thanks to our host and the amazing condo, we had a great time at Pensacola beach. Lots to do in the area with a great place to come back to. The kitchen was all the needed appliances for eating most of the time. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella already there. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is amazing easy access to everything but out-of-the-way snorkeling in this area is beautiful so is the fort!

Enjoyed our stay. Owners are great with communication. We had an issue with the AC on day 4 of our stay. One of the owners was there to check it out the same night. Next morning they had an HVAC company there. After discovering the issue couldn’t be fixed for the duration of our stay the owners installed 2 portable AC units to help and also took care of us on the rates. We truly appreciate how quickly they took care of things. The only thing I would improve in the unit is more comfortable seating in the living room. Bed was very comfortable and access to the beach is easy. Would definitely come back.

Great location, great view

It could have been a better stay. I've been to Pcola Beach many times but was his first visit. He is a beach lover as am I. His fav is PCB. We went there in July. I'd never been. I showed him a new beach and he's a fan now too!

My wife and I had an awesome week. The condo had a great view of the gulf. Bob and Steve were great hosts and we cannot wait to stay there again.

Amazing view from the large balcony. The condo building is maintained well and we were impressed with the overall quality of the grounds, pool, and wood bridge. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also liked the location because it is in a quieter area of PB.

This condo was great! It was everything the listing said and more. It was very clean and the communication was excellent. The walk from the condo to the beach was super short and easy. I would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola!

The condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to get away for a long weekend. SO COZY! We absolutely loved it! You can sit on the couch to relax and watch tv after a long day of beach relaxation LOL and still see the beautiful gulf. Morning coffee on the large balcony is nothing short of spectacular with an incredible view. You have access to the balcony from the living area and master bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy. We had all we needed to have a home away from home. Easy pool and beach access. It’s a 10/10 for us and we will absolutely be staying again! Thank you again for an excellent mini vacay!

This home is right on the gulf shore with views of the waves from every room. We loved waking to the sights and sounds, enjoying time on the sand as well as adventures through the surrounding towns. Looking forward to returning in the future!
