    Property was clean, well maintained, and up to date esthetically. The air conditioner worked great and kept up with the Florida heat. This unit had extras such as box fans, pack and play and high chair. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

    We enjoy taking our kids to the beach and we bring the grandparents along to help out and experience it. This condo was perfection for our trip and we will definitely be returning in the future!

    Great property!!! The overall look was just like the pictures. My biggest concerns are that the appliances are old and they need to be replaced. I submitted an order to have someone come in and check out the refrigerator ice dispenser. A repair person came out but couldn’t fix it. The property manager said that I would be contacted once they have located someone. I never heard back from the property manager. The other concern is that there’s a 1 1/2 inch gap underneath the front door. NOT GOOD!!!

    The condo wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived, it wasn’t very well kept. The oven needed cleaning/maintence every time we cooked the burner/oven would smoke due to leftover debris on the bottom that needed to burn off. The couch cushions had stains on them, there was mold on the ceiling of the showers. DO NOT wash your clothes, the washer leaves a very mildew smell on your clothes mainly because it’s a front load and it needs to be cleaned/maintained. The doors need to be replaced due to them being warped from the coastal air is what we were told. So they did not close very well and wind would blow through. Mattresses were hard and lumpy. Definitely due for new ones. The sliders were impossible to open until we had someone come out to grease them. All of these things should be looked at on a regular basis, but you could tell they only take care of stuff if people complain about it. We spent a lot of money on this unit and I definitely could have found a better unit. There was no communication other than messaging then. No booklet in the condo of what’s happening in the city or what restaurants are great in the area ect. We had to have a maintenance come out to fix a few things and he agreed the place hasn’t been kept up very well. Go reserve your beach chair service right when you get there, had we known about that we would have gotten chairs close to the water. But again, nothing was left in the condo telling us what to do so we got leftover chairs /umbrella. Not Great.
