Fantastic view of the beach and all of the amenities you need. Short walk to the beach from the room and nice having a parking garage to park in

The place is beautiful and clean. Great location. The first couple of days the elevators were frequently broken so we had to take the stairs.

My family and I truly enjoyed our visit at Panama City Beach. The unit we stayed in was terrific! Amenities were great and you couldn’t ask for a nicer view of the beach. The balcony was so peaceful, I fell asleep for a short time while enjoying the view. Highly recommended!

Nice condo close to beach, walking distance to several restaurants, parking garage excellent.

Condo was great. The process from getting from the parking garage to your room is a joke. Too many elevators. Getting to and from the beach was horrible also. Waiting and waiting for the elevator to come. Like I said, great condo but probably wouldn’t stay here again. Beach set up was great but the complex was so large it was difficult to get from your chairs to the actual water due to so many people renting from this complex.

Location is excellent with easy access to the beach. Stunning view of the ocean. Parking garage with elevators & the Skywalk to your unit. The common areas of the resort are very nice & well-maintained. All staff were friendly. The unit had everything. Nice spacious layout. Very clean. I love the simple beach decor! (We have stayed at places in the past that looked like a tacky gift shop exploded inside.) We appreciated the starters of cleaning/paper products. There was a broom/dust pan in the unit. Very glad to have that for sand management.We took advantage of the coffee maker & toaster. The Smart TV meant we could watch our streaming shows. The bed was comfortable & we had extra sheets/pillows. Plenty of towels. Good water pressure. Absolutely loved having a handheld shower. Shower liners looked brand new. AC & ceiling fans kept us cool & comfortable. The drapes afford total privacy.Nice composite furniture on the balcony. We were delighted with the beach loungers/umbrella set up each day! There were even 2 beach chairs under the bunk beds. The beach is soft, white sand that does not get too hot. The water was so clear! No rocks or broken shells to walk over when entering the ocean. No seaweed. Nearly perfect! We will totally stay here, again. The only thing that we would change? Living room furniture that is leather, not fabric, and has recliners (or ottomans for 2). Also, the refrigerator made a horrible noise all throught the day/night.

Overall, the condo was very nice. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. I sent a message and they were quick to respond and send someone out. However, the hot water never lasted more than 10 mins (definitely not enough hot water for a family of 4 to shower and get ready for dinner). I think it’s just a small tank and maybe a bigger one is needed.

Five stars all around! Immaculate, tastefully decorated, well-stocked kitchen and my favorite part, super clean. Lovely accommodations, highly recommend!

Excellent condo. Very comfortable bedding, very clean and excellent communication during our stay.

I would stay here again, I just didn't like the master bedroom in the back, away from the view of the ocean. But, my husband loved that. He said it was quieter and darker. So, we would stay here again. Everything you need, they have. Also, the managing group of the condo was EXCELLENT to work with.

Amazing!!! I love PCB and love to bounce around based on who I’m vacationing with but this property and the unit alone was so clean, the bed was very comfy and just overall relaxing. Thanks to the property owners for being so easy to work with.

Place was beautiful and very clean. My own personal thought was that it needed a recliner as the living room chairs were not the most comfortable. But everything else was great and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go!

This was our second time at the Emerald Beach resort and just like last year it was amazing and we didnt want to leave. Really nice clean place.

Unit was very clean and kitchen was decently stocked. We are a family of five and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Property management was a text message away and very quick with responses. I highly recommend this unit or any other that liv vacations has to offer!

This property was exactly as listed. Great location in walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The included beach chairs were wonderful and used daily. Communication with host was fantastic. Only thing we needed that couldn’t find was oven mitts.

Loved the condo! Walked in and could smell and see how clean it was. The bunk beds were great for the kids. Loved that the balcony was away from the pool so it wasn’t noisy. The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning worked great. We loved the beach chairs that came with it as well. The elevators on the Emerald Beach side of the resort are very fast and there weren’t any long waits for them. Would highly recommend this condo and would book it again!
