Nice property, it being Christmas week qe had prompt contact with management team and zero action on 3 issues, disappointing. Also the master king size bed supports squeek like an old army cot...every time you move or turn over, loud enoug to wake you.
The condo was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Having all the beach toys in the garage was a huge plus! The only downside was keeping up with multiple keys for all the gates and doors.
The condo is rather nice and likely one of the best in the holding (we were part of a wedding group and saw a couple others). The view was good, the interior has been refurbished and was better than anticipated. Everything clean and functional. Well stocked kitchen. The building itself is a little odd, as others have pointed out, with a complex array of keys and codes to get through various doors. The lengthy check in instructions are a bit daunting at first. And the layout of the garage spots and doors is random (you’ll see). But once you get thru all that, and manage to not lose any of the various keys, there’s a lot to like. There’s a large roll up garage door for the unit that has a ton of beach gear. We aren’t there very long so didn’t use much of it but it was a real plus. Safe and convenient location. We would definitely stay at this condo again!
The condo was great and had everything we needed. The garage filled with chairs, kayaks, and other fun beach things was perfect! There was even a pack n play for our baby. We had an issue with our air conditioning not working one day, and they sent someone out later that night to fix it. The only thing that was an issue was that you had to have a key to get into the pool, out to the beach and back into the property from the beach. There was no code. We only had 2 keys which was hard with older kids and adults. Everyone on the property thought this was a hassle. But I would stay here again and enjoyed the location and the beautiful beach.
My husband and I and two teenagers stayed at this condo. We were so happy to find it clean, ready with towels, chairs, paddle boards, you would never know it is a weekly rental community. Very clean and spacious. Not a lot of crazy noise. Both of the teens friends tagged along and were so happy to have usb ports on every nightstand and Netflix ready tvs. Very clean.
Stay was great with exception of the dryer being down before we even got there. Cleaning people told us it wasn't working. Maintenance never came to lookat it during our stay, so we couldn't do any clothes or towel washings, and the pool and beach gate was supposed to have codes, but had to use keys instead, other than that it was fairly good.
The room was clean. The air conditioner was not working when we got there but we communicated with the management company. They got it fixed pretty quickly. The room is a little outdated needs to be. Remodeled the kitchen had no sponges so we had to go out and purchase from to clean dishes. The only disappointment is there’s too many keys and codes to get in and out of the hotel. Pool area and beach makes it very tough when carrying stuff down to the beach overall, we had a good time.
Due to 4th of July crowds on the beach in front of this condo complex it was difficult to enter and exit all gates of the property we could not bring our friends to the room because they did not have their own key. We had the 8 permitted guests in our room and had to share 2 keys to enter pool gate and enter from beach and exit onto beach. The teen crowd in front of this condo complex was overwhelming with dangerous handling of fireworks at night; launching them into crowds of teens. Not a good location for 4th of July week.
Nice property, in quiet neighborhood and not so crowded beach. Condo could use some updates, but everything worked as expected. Got in early and so we asked to check in early. Property manager stated we should be able to get in early, so we went and bought groceries, only to find the cleaning staff had just started, and was running behind. Not a deal breaker just in convenient. Otherwise everything was great.
The condo was nice.. a bit too small for 6 adults and 2 kids.. rooms were cramped with pack n play in them.. the area was just ok.. not great.. there’s too many condos and not enough dining places that are walkable.. beds were mushy and very squeaky. On a good note, the kitchen was well equipped with supplies…
The location is perfect for my family. Near fabulous restaurants and the best bars. Near shopping at John's Pass. Love the pool and beach! And appreciate all the amenities this particular condo unit has to offer - beach chairs, towels, sand toys, kayak, bikes, and more! Unit is nicely updated and very spacious for our family of 7!
We had a great time at this condo. Location was amazing. Unfortunately during our stay their was construction on upper floors. No control over our owners but it was frustrating with little ones. No activity all morning then nap time saws and pounding took place. Anyway enough about that. We cooked about half the week and kitchen was well stocked to do that. Laundry in condo, very nice. Master bed could use an update, comfortable but squeaky. Gorgeous view! Would come back! Loved our stay and Nick was easy to work with.
We loved our stay. The condo is clean and well stocked. We would stay again.
We loved our stay
Perfect location, wish the dishwasher was working other than that it was great, as long as your patient waiting for the bathroom. We had 2 with 7 ppl?
