Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable space designed for unwinding and reconnecting. The spacious living area is the perfect place to come back to after a day in the sun—ideal for cozy movie nights, board games, shared laughter, or simply relaxing together in a peaceful setting. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to prepare simple breakfasts, beach-day snacks, or relaxed dinners enjoyed with family and friends.

The primary bedroom features two comfortable double beds, offering a restful space to unwind at the end of the day. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations, making this unit a great fit for families and small groups traveling together.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of both buildings for guest use.

​​​​​​​Please Note : We're continuing our efforts to maintain and improve the property with enhancements taking place at Building 2 from May 4th through end of June 2026. During this time Building 2 is closed. Work will be conducted Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM.

Guests in Building 1 and around the pool area should experience minimal impact, though occasional daytime renovation noise may be heard. For safety, some areas of the grounds may be temporarily restricted while work is underway.
