Gulf & beach-view top-floor corner condo with balcony, outdoor pool

had a decent view from the balcony. would stay here again except the laundry was a rip off and stole our quarters lol it's also three flights of stairs with no elevator so keep that in mind. also, the code for the pool we were given did NOT work. i messaged them to get a correct code and they never responded.

The private beach access right across the street was really nice. Property was better than expected for the price.

It was beautiful but amenities could have been a touch better. No beach towels or coffee. No close stores for supplies.

The location is amazing and the room was clean. The provided paper towels and toilet paper could be a little higher quality. But other than that, it’s a great place to stay and it’s very close to the beach.

3rd floor- stairs only. Didn’t bother us! Clean, comfortable- has everything you need. Short walk to private beach area with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Our second time staying at this group of condos and would recommend! Perfect for a couple.

Great location. Upon arrival, being from the North, the first thing we did was TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER! LOL. Really. We didn’t need it. Used the unit circulating fan and open doors as weather was perfect. Beach across the street. We were happy to find beach chairs and an umbrella stashed away in a closet in the unit we were staying. Many of our days there were RED flag days on the beach due to wind but sitting and walking beach was great. Slept well. The community was quiet. The unit did have the pots/pans etc needed to get things prepared. We found grocery stores close by for what we needed and a wide variety of dining choices when going out. We had a very restful, reset, stay. Again would be great.

Pool out of service for repair, notified 2 days before arrival date. I think there should been time to find another place for our stay. The pool repairs should of been disclosed before our booking.

This was a personal and business trip. The property was exactly was advertised. We will book this property again if we are traveling in the area.

Everything we needed!

We’ve stayed in the Miramar area for 20 years. While this isn’t the newest or “trendiest” of units we’ve rented, it was SUPER clean, had everything we needed in good working order, and was 50 yards to the beach. Management was quick to answer questions and very helpful. We loved our stay and would return!

Stay was okay, the mgmt company does a terrible job communicating with you or handling any issues. Place is clean for the most part, toilet is coming off the floor and has sewer gas smell. And they just walk in your unit without asking or giving you any notice! Terrible I would stay avoid if possible.

Unfortunately the unit is not as clean and shiny and it appears in the photos. The towels were SO thin and scratchy I almost went to the store to buy new ones. The rug under the coffee table is so worn and ratty looking. Rather pathetic at close to $400/night. The location is great, but the amenities are lacking for sure.It wouldn't take much to replace the old, worn-out towels. I would not recommend this particular unit to anyone, however, the location is excellent.

Loved the entire condo! It was clean and it had everything I needed for my stay and then some. Parking was easy and available the entire trip. I had a minor issue with the parking passes that was resolved with a quick phone call to Vacasa customer service. The customer service rep on the phone and the young lady who arrived the following morning to resolve the issue were both friendly and professional. Access to the beach was too easy. The view from the balcony was awesome. Perfect spot for a solo trip or couple's trip. I look forward to returning to 317 in the future!
