Wonderful beach vacation

The condo was clean and accurately represented in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, but could use a baking sheet or two. We made due with what was provided and it worked out ok. The beach view was great and the pool was wonderful. It was huge and well kept, never crowded, we used it daily. The rental staff was helpful and answered our questions right away. We would stay in this room again.

Very nice and spacious with a beautiful view of the bay and ocean. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Could use more cabinet space for food. Carpet was not very clean. Beds a little uncomfortable/dated mattresses. Plenty of room for eating and hanging out in the living room!

Our time spent at this unit was great from start to finish. Condo had everything we needed and was cozy and comfortable! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back! We loved it!!

From the condo, the permanent residents to the location; everything was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, pool seemed like we were the only ones in it. Can’t say enough great things about this property.

This is a beautiful property and and great location. It is clean and well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

My family stayed at this vrbo for spring break. Walk across the street to the beach and about a 5 min drive to great restaurants. Overall, great property and great location.

Outstanding property! Nice location, just about a mile from the main shopping and dining area, but far enough off the beaten path for a quiet stay, even during spring break. Easy beach access across the street. Public picnic pavilions only 1/4 mile down the road

Nice space, 3 br unit great for my 2 adult son's and myself.Not much of a beach view or bay view, but 5-7 minute walk to beach. Furniture dated, but comfortable. No hot tub or indoor pool, which would be so nice this time of year, and make the stay so much more memorable. Not much within walking distance except beach. Biggest dissapointment was the dishes...almost every piece we took out of the cabinets had food, grease smears or odors. Had to run everything through the dishwasher before we used.

It was a great stay . I come to that area about 5-6 times a summer and always rent a condo or a house.

Unfortunately, this condo was a big disappointment! We loved the layout and the decor, however, it lacked cleanliness!! There were black spots on the ceiling in the living room and bathroom that may have been mold, the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom, we had to clean the black spots and hairs out of the refrigerator and freezer before we could put our things in it, the glass sliding doors would not open in two of the bedrooms, so we told the property manager, Sam, and she said she would contact maintenance. No one ever came to look at it or even respond back to us. The following day we asked a member of the staff to send maintenance to check it out, and again nothing, so the next day we asked the same staff member to send maintenance and was told she would send them, again, no response. We finally decided they weren’t going to do anything about it, so we gave up, even though we felt that it was a safety issue if there was a fire! The head board in the master bedroom wasn’t fastened to the bed or the wall so every time you turned over it would bang against the wall. We had to rearrange the furniture in the twin bed room to even have access to the closet! We could have used more towels in the bathrooms. There were only 2 bath towels, in each bathroom. The silverware looked like something from a garage sale. We had 6 adults in this condo and there were only 6 miniature forks! It’s a condo for 6, but they only provides 4 chairs on the deck.

This was a huge disappointment. They list outdoor amenities with property photos as kayaks, bikes, canoes, tennis and then tell you its all privately owned when you get there. They did nothing to rectify the situation even though they agreed it was all misinformation that needed to be corrected. They also advertised balcony access from all bedrooms when 2 of the rooms doors don't open. I wouldn't even mention the mold growing in the coffee maker and the mystery wet spot in the hallway but I am so sick about this experience, I'll add it. Dishonest fraudsters!

This was the most amazing vacation ever. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was central to everything. Thank you for the best vacation we have taken in a long, long, time.

The condo was perfect for our quick family beach trip. It was neat, well maintained & decorated nicely. The perfect amount of space for our family. The amenities were also great & the thank you cookies were a nice touch & eaten in a glass by our teenagers! Would definitely recommend this to others & will hope to stay here again!
