Gulf & Bay Views - Across From Beach - Walk to Bridge Street Restaurants & Shops

What an absolutely brilliant place, everything you could ever want inside and the beds were so comfortable. There was an abundance of coat hangers which is a massive bonus. We very much recommend this property to absolutely anyone.

This condo is well equipped, comfortable, and beautiful!! I spent every morning on the front balcony looking at the ocean with my coffee in my hand. After a day at the beach, which is right across the street, I was back on the balcony. The unit also has a great view of the Gulf and the Intercoastal from the roof top deck. The owner, Susan, was helpful and easy to communicate with. The location of the condo is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The use of the bikes was certainly a plus! We rode every morning. Loved my 2 weeks here!!

We had a fantastic time in this fabulous house, which had everything we needed and more. Great location, close to bars/restaurants, and a short stroll over to the beach. Watching the sun set from the sky deck – glorious! Susan and Erik are perfect hosts. Thank you both for ensuring an exceptional stay.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks at the end of April/beginning of May. Our initial impression was that the photos do not do the house justice. The lounge and dining area were larger than we thought. The bedrooms were lovely, well furnished and the bed we used was very comfortable. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach chairs, umbrella, towels and wagon were very useful and we enjoyed borrowing the bikes that we also in the garage. We didn’t use the kayaks but they were available for use. Our hosts were lovely and quick to reply to any query we had. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to be back.

The accommodation and little extras in every nook and cranny exceeded expectation and our 4th visit to AMI was enhanced accordingly. We will not hesitate to try and avail of these facilities in the future.

This property is absolutely spotless and in perfect condition. It's very tastefully decorated and the owners provide the best quality linens, towels, appliances, etc. There are beach toys chairs, bikes, and kayaks in the garage. This property is in the middle of everything. No car required to access the many restaurants and shops. Best of all it's across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!! We wanted to stay longer!

If I could give ten stars I would. This condo is stunning and the location is perfect. The property owners answered all my questions on a timely basis. The rooftop deck is unbelievable. It is by far one of the cleanest, impeccably decorated condos I have ever stayed in. The owners have a dynamic duo that oversee the property when they are not there. Overall this vacation brought me back to life!
