Ground Floor Waterscape Condo, 2 King Suites, Bunks, Lazy River Fun

The beach is only visible from the balcony at an angle; when you're seated in the chairs your view is the parking lot next door. We were not concerned because being on the first floor we really didn't expect a view. Access to the beach is down the hallway and around the pool which was easy. The variety of pools was amazing and I know anything less would not sit well with the grandkids in the future.

Our stay was great!!!!! The only thing was the pools was so cold for the baby but other than that it was great! The pool on top was warmer but was so full couldn’t move . We will be staying again . Would recommend !!!!

We've stayed at Waterscape several times and Joes place is the best. Great location on first floor close to pools and parking. Clean and well maintained unit. Lots of beach toys and family games. Nice furnishings but not too much kitsch to keep children away from. Comfy beds. We will definitively be back.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean , comfortable and tastefully decorated. An excellent location close to restaurants and shopping! We enjoyed our stay very much .

Our family chose this condo and it was an excellent choice. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was close to the 3 pools and a short walk to the sand beach area. They even provided us with free chairs/umbrella on the beach and extra beach equipment. This is our family’s choice for future beach vacations.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Very clean condo & resort. This resort is perfect for small children. Highly recommend. We had 5 kids ranging 7 months to 13 years old and all equally enjoyed.

We will be back! Plenty of room for the seven of us with plenty to do for the entire family. The resort itself has tons of room including heated outdoor pool and lots for the kids to do. Great beach and proximity to all the food and shopping you could ask for. The room is excellent! Big bonus for the three bathrooms and use of space. Only place we'll stay again when we go back!

Our family loved staying at this property. The resort itself was awesome and super kid friendly. The condo was super well stocked with everything you need to make it feel like home. Lots of pots and pans, crock pot, coffee maker, we really ran into no issues at all during our stay. Super enjoyable, would definitely do it again!

This was a beautiful unit and it had everything we needed! We had an age range from 1 to 54 and everyone found things at the resort to enjoy!

Very clean space that had everything we needed. The pool at Waterscape is great for kids. We also loved having Fudruckers at the pool to get a bite to eat or drink when we wanted to.

Resort complex was perfect for us traveling with 2 teenagers. . It was within walking distance of restaurants and seemed like a very safe area. Pool was ideal and private beach just steps away!

This is our third visit to WaterScape but our first in this unit. This was the nicest of the theee we have stayed in. Everything went smoothly. The only downside is the view from the balcony. This was reflected in a more affordable price than the other two we have stayed in. We love the resort. Joe was easy to work with and we all had a great time.
