Stayed Aug 3, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was excellent. The people above us had a lot of people in their condo and it was always noisy late into the night and early in the morning. That was the only thing that really took away from our stay.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025This is our second time staying at Seascape, first time at this condo. It was very clean, the beds were soft, and the location was convenient. The check in process was seamless and the rental company offered excellent communication. The condo is situated right by the beach entrance and rinse off area making this location optimal. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the screened in patio. The only complaint is there seemed to be an electrical issue with the outdoor fan and second bedroom light. Also, the guest bathroom door was sticking and difficult to open. Other than that, we have no complaints. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This property is in a great location for familys! Screened in back porch was nice, my kids named the 3 ducks that hung around. (Penny , nickle , sugar ) they loved feeding them cheerios! The pool was heated but not too warm! The playground was a great add! Areil dunnes has cabana cafe which was the best spot for pizza! Whails tail was an easy mostly no wait lunch! Pompanos and jackudas was also super great! The only COMPLAINTS I have; 1. You dont have access to the owners only entrance. You have to drive all the way to Areil dunnes to enter the property which added quite a bit on the drive since theres so many pedstrians & only 1 lane for all the seascape resorts to enter... Especially since you have to pass the owner only gate to get to this condo again on the inside. Its right next to the gate.(other seascape rentals may have a extra/private entrance and exit point.) 2. There wasnt access to the other seascape pools. Cottage pools are okay but there werent easy entrances for little kids and not many shallow spots like the others. It was hard for my smallest 2 to enjoy. (1.5 & 4)
