Ground floor poolside! 2024 Under New Management!

We had a great week! The resort has many family amenities and is very close to others. Lisa made the whole process simple. The room was as advertised and very comfortable with all the things we needed. We should've booked a longer stay! We hope to return next year. Thank you again Lisa!

We really liked the ground level walk out to the pool which made life easier for sure, never got on an elevator! The complex was clean and well maintained. Everything went smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great location in the first floor! Such easy access to the pool.

The location of being on the first floor was excellent! No waiting in line for elevators! The parking was a little frustrating at times having to search for a yellow spot for second vehicle. The armband policy is a little aggravating - no one wants a wristband tanline or to have them in beach photo shoot! But overall the stay was great! Great condo & the rental company See Ya at the Beach was very accommodating, quick to respond with easy communication! We continue to choose Shores of Panama when we come to PCB!

Parking was a pain to figure out and most the spots don’t make sense. Elevators all around are very slow, much easier to take the stairs. Will be staying here again though!

We were surprised at the cleanliness. It smelled clean, no smell of moisture in the air, which I appreciate in Florida. The ground floor was a game changer! Everything was smooth, communication was great. There were plenty of linens/towels/fans/toilet paper. We would totally stay here again, this is one of our best short term rental experiences. This 1st floor property was super convenient to the pool, pool grill, and pool bar. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything the we needed. The resort staff were always friendly and helpful. Great beach location and walking distance to Pineapple Willies, Waffle House, Walmart and more

Easy access to the pool, beach, and other amenities. No waiting on the elevator. When we had questions about our unit they were quick to get back with us and so accommodating. We will be back!

Other than the lock on front door wouldn’t work any so we had to leave the gate sliding door access unlocked to be able to get in. The tv in master bedroom with sliding door & kids room wouldn’t work. But other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed it!

Right outside the pool. Everything was fantastic. Owners very nice and communicated great. Only thing I could say would be I think the refrigerator maybe slowly but surely going out. Didn’t do great on keeping things cold but those things happen.

I wished I had stayed in a room higher than the ground floor bc I couldn’t see the beach. Also the garbage container was right outside our door .. not a pleasant smell
