This beautiful ground floor unit in the highly esteemed Pointe Santo de Sanibel development features a walkout patio/lanai located just a few steps away from the pool and beach. Featuring direct Gulf views from its spacious patio, you can quite literally roll out of bed onto the beach. Boasting two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a modern kitchen with island, and spacious dining area, lanai and access to fantastic amenities, this is the perfect spot for your next vacation!Totally Remodeled in 2025!



The Space:

Unit D1 is a two bedroom, two bath residence with a walk out lanai that faces both the Gulf and Pointe Santo grounds. It is located in the D building of the Pointe Santo de Sanibel community on West Gulf Drive. Sleeping arrangements are a King bed in the master bedroom, a double and a twin bed in the guest bedroom (has its own patio perfect for Yoga or meditation at Sunrise or just a little extra privacy) in addition to a non-sleeper sofa in living room for overflow guests. The residence features a well equipped new kitchen outfitted with an island and all appliances guests will need while staying with us for a vacation or an extended stay. Unit D1 also has a deeded parking space across from the unit front door entrance. There are guest spaces available around the property if you have visitors.



Unit D1 is well cared for and furnished well for a week’s vacation or an extended stay on Sanibel Island. We supply 4 beach chairs for you and shelling tools, some children’s toys and other beach items and lanai furniture. Unit D1 is well situated to make easy use of these amenities while remaining private and quiet while in the condo or the lanai. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you would need for a week’s vacation or an longer stay. We supply a combination Keurig drip and K-cup Coffee Maker as well. We also stock non glass Coffee Mugs for taking to the beach with you if you’d like a beverage on the beach. What makes this unit unique is the back porch perfect for early morning relaxing or outdoor coffee.



Pointe Santo is known for its well-kept grounds, Beach and Shelling opportunities, and as a safe and secure place to stay. It’s a perfect vacation spot for families or couples. Most of our guests are return renters and come back every year. D1 is close to restaurants and grocery stores – a short car or bike ride away. Biking is very popular on Sanibel as there are nearly 26 miles of paved bike paths on the island – and miles more unpaved in sanctuary areas.



***Concrete repairs will be occurring in the Pointe Santo D building between Nov 18th - Dec 8th, 2025 and guests may experience noise related to this. ***

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy access to the community pool, hot tub/spa, tennis courts, Pickleball Courts, the new clubhouse and associated activities, Grilling areas, and 600 feet of Beach frontage.

PARKING: Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Each unit has one reserved parking space. Park in the parking space reserved for your unit number only. Non-reserved spaces are extremely limited and may not be available. All motorized vehicles parked in non-reserved spaces must also display a valid parking permit. Permits may be obtained from the Pointe Santo office. No RVs, trailers, jet skis or boats are allowed.



The Neighborhood:

Pointe Santo is one of the most exclusive developments on Sanibel Island and highly sought after for its amenities and first rate location. Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay Road. The condo is located just minutes from downtown Sanibel, with plenty of options for dining and shopping, as well as a short drive to JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve and Island Museums

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

    Pointe Santo D1 was awesome! The condo was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable! The host checked on us to ensure all was good! Definitely would consider D1 when we return to Sanibel in 2026!

    We loved our stay in D-1 at Pointe Santo! The condo was a great size with very nice updates and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the first floor walkout porch for easy pool and beach access, and pickle ball and shuffleboard it’s just out the front door. The whole complex is just great. My only two minor suggestions would be to have digital alarm clocks, especially in the second bedroom so the kids know what time it is without having a device tempting them nearby, and to have a quiet close toilet seat on that bathroom like the master bath. Obviously, these are very minor adjustments I would make, but we would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat!

    Nicely updated ground floor unit. Pointe Santo is a really nice property and all units have a water view. While D-1 is at the back of the property, the walk to the beach is not far. Owners were very helpful in receiving some things we needed before we arrived: We would definitely return!
