    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was large and well appointed. Just what I needed. I’m not sure if knowing about the nearby roof repairs would have changed my mind about staying there. Thankfully it wasn’t too noisy and only during the midday hours.

    This property was very clean and well maintained. We loved how it was stocked with beach and kitchen supplies. There’s two pools and hot tubs on the property that were quite enjoyable. Over all a great experience.

    We really enjoyed staying at this unit at Maui Kamaole. The unit was in the back and quiet yet had a charming view from the patio. The location was just perfect and conveniently near many places.

    Location and property were great. The unit is a little tired and dated, but very well equipped. Love the large size and two bathrooms. Great Lanai with some water views. over all it was very good value for this special property.

    A home away from home. Kitchen is well stocked and has newer appliances. Overall the condo is quiet, nice pool, good location and management is friendly and easy to work with.

    we stayed in a 1 bedroom I-111. It was wonderful. This unit had EVERYTHING you could possible want! Kitchen very well stocked you do not need anything but your food, several spices etc there. Closet full of books, board games, coolers and beach chairs, towels for pool and beach. Walk to Kamaole beaches, downtown Kihei, 5 Palms resturant and beach. Quiet! 2 lovely pools, each very different. This place was perfect Maui Condo and Home very good to work with..I am a travel agent and I have a vacation rental in California wine country so I know... and these folks do it right!!!

    Unit needs some upgrades and maintenance. Detachable shower heads make it easier to clean and more guest friendly. Could use clean out of AC units, both are dusty and mildewey.. they put out cold air but wonder how clean it is. Mites or ants of some kind swarm the counters. Unit walls and ceiling need paint. Dingy dirty look that does not impress. Good selection of cooking utensils, nice beach chairs and some boogie boards. Unit is not located near nicer pool or tennis courts. Complex as others are in Maui is restrictive on game play in pool area due to full time residents. The mgmt company is great and very helpful would rent again from them but would not stay in the i111 unit again. M & L units are better situated for our tastes.
