Ground Floor Getaway - 2 bed/2 bath -Seaside Beach and Racquet Club

The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the place was a wonderful as advertised. We will be back!

Location location location!! Walk out the door and bam pool! Walk a little more and boom sand! Forget something inside no problem just walk right back. Large spacious interior with plenty of room. Large king size bed in master. Fridge with ice and water in door was a pleasant surprise, saved from buying ice all week.

Nice location, cute, clean condo and resort grounds. Nice supply in kitchen and extra games. Would definitely recommend! AC locks at 68 but didn’t seem to stay very cool inside.

Beautiful, clean & comfortable. However, the high chairs on the patio (not those in the photos) were difficult for us short seniors to negotiate. Also, the motion-sensor patio light was obnoxious with its on-off-on-off-on depending on what we did. Despite these problems, I'd stay here again!

You cannot beat this location! You are steps from the pool and beach. We were traveling with a 10month old and it was perfect for her to play on the balcony/patio. (There is a fence around the pool directly in front of the patio.) When we went to the beach you are so close there is no need to drag a wagon we easily carried a cooler and a beach bag and rented chairs right on the beach. Left our stuff when we walked up for lunch and came back for the rest of the afternoon. We stayed in May and the parking lot was never full - easy short walk carrying the car seat back and forth every time we left. The condo is in a great location!! All the restaurants we visited were a mile or less from the condo and Walmart/Rouses/Publix were also right down the street. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen appeared fully stocked. We only used the coffee pot but we easily could of cooked in if we wanted.

We loved this condo! We have three young kids ages 6 and under and this place was absolutely PERFECT. To start, the parking lot is SO close to the front door being on the ground level that unpacking was a breeze! The back patio door is steps away from the pool (securely locked, with hedges all around) and then just a few more steps to the beach boardwalk! We didn't even bother to pack food for the beach because it was just so convenient to come back to the condo to eat lunch. If we forgot anything-no big deal-it was a quick trip back to grab. We cooked three out of our four nights for dinner and never lacked any cookware. The condo was super clean and Candice and Chris were excellent at communicating to us when the pool was (very briefly) shut down. We arrived to Orange Beach earlier than expected and messaged them on the app when we were done grocery shopping and they replied literally in less than a minute that we could check in a little early because the condo was already ready for us. The only con for us was that the second guest bedroom bed is a little high. We just put pillows around my 6 & 4 year old and no-one fell out, so just know that if you stay here. We could have easily put them in the king bed (which was much lower to the ground), but it all worked out. Overall, 5/5 stars-I would not hesitate at all to recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly beach condo!!!

Beautiful condo that walks out to the beach and pool, what else could you ask for? The only recommendation I have would be a robotic vacuum to help with the sand that gets tracked in!

Great location and easy, walk-out access to beach and pool. We had nice view of ocean from the patio. The unit was nicely updated with well-stocked kitchen and new appliances.
