Ground floor gem, steps from the Oceans edge

This place was perfect for our Maui getaway. Kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and ocean views made this trip memorable. Pull out couch may not be comfortable for some, but it worked for my kids. I would defiantly recommend and would rent again.

I would not stay here again. Filthy carpets, visible cockroaches, bites from bugs while sleeping and visible bugs in bed. I had to throw sheet on floor for barrier for crawling Grandson that came to visit because, carpet is Filthy, old, stained, and pulling up and unraveling in living room & bedroom. Pulled the fan out of closet to circulate air and it was gross black with dirt cobwebs and barely worked. If You open front door for air circulation or windows in bedroom the exhaust from cars in parking lot blows right into condo stinking so no relief from muggy heat there did not want doors or windows open smelling exhaust fumes. The ceiling fans not much for moving air they are old and slow. You open bathroom cupboard doors or kitchens and the cockroaches run for the dark. The hot water heater is very small so You run out of water while showering.

Very fast and responsive service by My Perfect Stays team and everything was fantastic, such a beautiful spot and view, loved the easy access to the pool and fully equipped with everything one would need and then some!

No AC. The owner of the apartments stuff was just barely tucked away with signs saying “this is the owners stuff don't touch”. Just seems like it is just a quick cash grab kinda place.

The condo was beautiful, we enjoyed the most spectacular view of the island. The beach was right outside our stay so amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here with the ocean view from the lanai, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located close to restaurants, food trucks, groceries, nearby great snorkeling at Kahekili and Ka'anapali. The pool and hot tub, daily activities and staff were helpful and very nice.

It was a wonderful stay at the Kahana Reef. Great location, friendly staff and great views all around. Looking forward to going back.

This was probably one of the best managed properties we have ever stayed at! I had everything in stock you can possibly think of to enjoy your stay in Maui. There was beach chairs, cooler, small ice chest, snorkeling gear, and even a surfboard. Place was immaculate and very comfortable. Perfect location and close to all of our scheduled excursions. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for our perfect vacation.
