Ground-floor Bend Condo near Pioneer Park

Great setting in the complex, easy walk down to the river. This is the ground floor, so can hear above walking around occasionally. There is a pool in the complex, but not for this unit/section of the buildings. TV in both living and bedroom-both Roku with some local channels in bedroom/not living room. Two baths with one you can roll in the shower a wheelchair, other with tub. Good amount of kitchen supplies and BBQ, but we ended up going out to eat each day.

Exceptionally clean. TWO bathrooms! Full Kitchen. Very nice place to stay. Right next to public park on Deschutes River walk. If you're going to Bend...this is the right choice.

Tuesday night someone was playing excessively loud music. I called around midnight and was told that i would have to call the police because they don't manage the condo complex. Music was still playing at 1:39am when i finally fell asleep. The fitted sheet on the sofa sleeper was dirty. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The people above us were stomping around.

Great location, just minutes from the restaurants and shopping. We used it as home base for our visit to Crater Laker (about 2 hrs south) so we didn't spend as much time in Bend as we would have liked. The apt was very clean. We could have used more open shelves and hooks to put our stuff on, but overall, it was a very good experience.

I do not recommend this property. It is only slightly better than a motel. It is not at all as described.

Excellent location. Beautiful trail on the river 3 minutes away. Older building but remodeled nicely. Could hear everything from upstairs guests. The late check in with no exceptions is a little disappointing. They give an obvious reason for this but no exceptions feels a little lame.

We didn't realize how close and walkable this was to downtown, the condo was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities, grounds, and cleanliness.

Prices were high during the holiday weekend

Good lodging, great location almost on the river in Bend.

My adult daughter who’s a whitewater kayaker particularly loved overlooking the river in this beautiful spot.

Was close to everything we had planned for our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice decor. Heat and fireplace didn’t work. Room clean except for floors which were in need of a thorough mopping. The bottoms of our socks turned black from walking on them. Morning stretches on the rug left dust, lint and hair on our clothes. Living room throws were dirty, gritty so didn’t use those. Building is shoddily built so it’s noisy with a built in alarm clock when upstairs occupants shower and dress. Sounds like a waterfall in the bedroom wall. Otherwise clean and comfortable. We won’t stay here again as dirty floors and throws were quite off putting, bedroom 63 degrees in the morning with early noise from upstairs.

This condo was located so close to the river walk and was very convenient to downtown. Clean and very nice!

Nice go do and great location. Couldn’t figure out the cooling/heat system so turned it off.

Great location. Loved the patio except…The first floor gets the noise from the unit above it. Only bad when they had to go to work at 3-5 in the morning. The WiFi was weak, had to use a hot spot. The irrigation spray hits the slider doors, they know about it but haven’t fixed it yet. Kitchen was well equipped. I’d rent there again!
