We had a great experience! Condo was clean and it was so nice being on the first floor with our toddler.

Check in was super easy and convenient. We loved the ground floor and being right by the pool so my husband and I could watch the kids swim. We had plenty of the necessities throughout the trip as well and the condo was as described! It was also very clean! My one and only complaint was that there were no bowls. My kids are big on cereal so we went and grabbed a few from Walmart. Other than that all was great.

Nice condo. When we checked in we did find an opened water bottle in one of the bunks. Otherwise clean. Washer gave us some trouble on the last day but there was a power outage and a water main break just before the problems started so it could have just been that. The owners were made aware. Wish there was a gate on the patio that opened up to the pool but you have to walk around to it, as well as to the beach. Steps to the beach were a hassle with 5 of us, but the guys that set up the beach chairs were super helpful with getting our stuff up and down when needed. Beach is super crowded. You have to get up early to claim a spot (like before 6am) and even then people will set up right on top of you and walk all through your stuff. Being on the first floor was nice. Having to fight for a spot at the beach kind of sucked. Seems like too big of an establishment for a small portion of PUBLIC beach.

When we arrived the air was messed up. Contacted owner and maintenence came out immediately and got it working. We were in town for the week for the world series. Overall room was great. Everything we needed was there. The only complaints i have has nothing to do with room or owner it has to do with security at condo. If youve stayed there then you know. Lesson learned. But the condo itself was great!

Great location and great property owners. Great communication. Couple things was the blender missing center piece on lid, pans need replaced handles are loose from pan as well as the larger knives. Would be nice if ice maker is already on when you arrive so it can be making ice. One last thing need a larger coffee maker! The small 4-6 cup is not good at all. Cup size you have in cabinet will hold 2 cups. These are minor things that can be replaced easy. Our overall experience was wonderful. The location of the condo is perfect to the pool tiki area and the beach. Would love to come back!!

Very clean room. Convenient place to stay

Excellent lication, very easy pre registration and check out process. The easy access to beach, pool and parking makes this unit the perfect vacation place

We had a great stay. There was plenty of everything we needed (TP, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, etc). Location can’t be beat (first floor facing pool and beach). Would definitely stay again. Also, easiest check-in ever.

It was a wonderful one bedroom condo and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The host got back to me with answers to my silly questions The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The view was beautiful. I was a little concerned that the condo might be noisy but it was not. Pier Park is a couple block walk with sidewalks. They had a wide array of restaurants. We would definitely go back!!

Condo was exactly as described loved the first floor no waiting on elevators everything is within walking distance no need to drive anywhere loved our time here!

Great condo and very good location

We stayed in this property the same week last year. What a difference a year makes. Unfortunately the condo is definitely showing wear and tear, knobs missing on drawers, light fittings with no cover, not one seat without stains, one chair couldt be used because the back cushion had disappeared. Clean linen, shoved in a large pillowcase and shoved in the closet. We couldn't access the condo early and received no notification of the unit being ready, I was told should be ready at 4, but I had to contact them approximately 4.15, the response was the unit was available, when we finally could enter, the floor whi assume had been washed, but it was sticky, so I spent my time sticking to the floor and squeaking. Dont get me wrong, the location is fabulous and the available facilities such as the beach and pools were incredible. The unit is ok, but compared to last year definitely dropped a few points.

This is our 4th time staying in condo. We love the location, cleaness and staff.

Was clean, tidy, had a great stay during our vacation.

Great location, good value, nice pools, tiki bar very convenient for cocktails.
