Greenwood Village Condo w/ Pool Access!

Extremely convenient and safe area. Well appointed with supplies if you need a couple of things.

Property was as described and nice, Brian our host was great to work with. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Denver.

Check in was easy and host had many amenities to make stay welcoming. Cleanliness was the biggest drawback for this property.The carpeting is very dirty. The kitchen floor needs a good cleaning.

The rooms were clean and the location worked for our needs. However we were not allowed to change the temperature on the thermostat and it felt cold and stuffy at times. The fireplace did not work. The sheets did not stay on the beds which made for uncomfortable nights sleep. Also the blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t work properly so it was hard to keep the room dark while sleeping. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. From the photos on the listing it looked like there was a side patio area right off of the unit. That was not the case.

This property is conveniently located not far from the DoubleTree Hotel, where I was attending a class. I found the place to be clean and adequate for my needs, and there's a lovely wetland park nearby where I love to walk. I would improve on two things, though: to watch Netflix and similar, I was told to plug my computer into the TV via an HDMI cable, which I never could find. And, I had trouble sleeping because the laundry detergent used on the sheets is perfumed, and it lightly permeated not only the linens but the whole space as well. I hope all short-term rental owners will switch to unscented products entirely- it makes the guest's life that much easier!

Very clean, great location, easy checkin and checkout. They had recommendations ready for the area for restaurants and such that were super helpful! Would def stay again!

This property was adequate for my needs: kitchen had oils and spices, pots, dishes and utensils enough. Bed was softer than I'm used to, but fine. It would have been nice to access Netflix, etc. on the TV; although host encouraged me to connect my laptop (which I happened to have with me) to the HDMI cable, I never could find the cable. The host was flexible and very responsive when I first arrived and had some questions- I appreciate the good communication. Note to chemically sensitive people: host uses perfumed laundry detergent, which is noticeable throughout the house and certainly on the sheets. I hope the host makes the decision to switch to unscented products- I'll put in that request for the next people who stay there. Even though property is a condo with a shared wall, it was fairly quiet, same with the neighborhood. There's a wonderful wetland greenway walking trail a short drive away; very peaceful and lovely- I highly recommend finding Tommy Davis, Silo and Orchard Hills parks nearby!

We arrived and the apartment had not been cleaned from the prior customer’s stay. Thankfully I contacted the host. His cleaner was out of town so he came to clean the apartment himself while we went out for dinner. He promised to refund our first night’s stay, so that was nice.Overall, the apartment was somewhat clean, but the baseboards and vents were filthy. This apartment could use new carpet and a thorough cleaning for a more comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us since we were seeing a concert at the Fiddler’s Amphitheater.

Absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I stayed with another couple and had plenty of space. The condo is well stocked but anything we were missing could be grabbed with a short walk to Walmart or target. Lots of bars,restaurants, and breweries close buy. Brian was very pleasant to work with and gave us a ton of great suggestions on near by places. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. There was tons of information about the area with a great guide to food and grocery stores. Would definitely book again.

From the moment I made the reservation, through check-out, Brian's communication was excellent. The condo was clean, quiet, spacious and provided all the amenities I desired. All of the expectations were clear and I really couldn't have asked for more in a vacation rental. If I travel to the Denver area again, I would definitely stay here again!

Place was clean, thought it was a 3 bedroom, it was 2, host was responsive to begin with.

Our host, Brian was great. He provided us not only in the condo but also through email details of things to do in the area. Our trip was for our granddaughter's highschool graduation at the Red Rocks. The location was great for this along with walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was a great quiet area where we could relax after a long day of visiting family and excursions in the area. We would definately stay here again when visiting the area.

Had everything we needed and more. Host was exceptional and attentive to our needs. Great location for what I needed of people we were visiting. Would for sure rent again.

We enjoyed staying at this Condo. It is well equipped, and close to a number of food and entertainment options.If your plans take you to the Denver Tech Center or the southeast side of the Denver metropolitan area, this is an excellent place to land.

Very comfortable and amazingly stocked unit. Nice and quiet neighborhood centrally located and close to I-25 and I-225.

Very good communication with the host!! Condo was very clean, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. It was very convenient having the unit on the first floor and the first unit off the parking lot. Neighborhood was great and had no issues with noise or neighbors. Parking was very easy. Beds were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this unit. Also very close to a lot of restaurants and things to do and was very accessible to the freeway system!

Property was nice and was only 10 mins from family that lives in Colorado. Located near several restaurant and shopping . Pool was a bonus and Brian was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly

Loved the property! The property manager was on point with any of our needs. Brian took his time explaining local sites of interest which helped us better in navigating the city. Thanks again for the stay! We will visit again!

Stayed at that condo for all my Denver trips in the past few years. Great location. Great amenities, lot of space, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so it’s perfect for families. Full kitchen , you can cook every meals if you wish. But it is close to several restaurants if you rather eat out, and to a target store as well. There is a pool and a clubhouse but I never took advantage of those. Condo has 3 TVs with cable and fast speed internet as well as a gas fireplace. Parking is literally right next to the building so you won’t have to walk much more than a few steps after you leave your car. And to make it even better , it has a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. If you looking for a better choice than a hotel, in a great, safe and convenient location for your next Denver trip, I cannot recommend this condo enough.
