Nice complex facillities are well maintained. Would come back.Check in is a little difficult said was ready then not then wanted to sales pitch.

We had a great time in Williamsburg, and the stay was fantastic! There were only a few items we would have liked mentioned in the stay description and was different that what we expected.The suite was setup apartment-style where entrance was at the bottom foyer with a couple flights of stairs leading up to the first suite then another couple set of stairs to the second suite. The description read to us like a single floor shared foyer with separate suites on either side. It did not appear to have an elevator for folks who might need it.Additionally, the description listed the guest rooms as having a configuration of either a queen twin (2 beds) or double twin (2 beds). We arrived to both guest rooms having only a single queen bed. Luckily, we were still able to have a bed for all our guests, but it was not what we were expecting.Also, the coffee maker was slightly inconvenient. It made several cups worth of coffee, but it was a push dispenser that only allowed a single cup at a time. It also did not dispense very quickly or allow the entire pot to dispense. We poured out a lot of coffee during cleanup when we thought it was empty. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Booking was easy and the stay was great.Well equiped kitchen. Very clean communal spaces.

We rented the adjoining rooms and were satisfied with the amenities and the rooms. The only issues we had is the kitchen was not fully stocked with cooking utensils (only one frying pan between both rooms, and no spatula). We also had a problem where one of the ovens kept smoking while we were cooking, and the smoke alarms kept going off. The staff came out to assist during this, and I think were unaware it was an issue. Aside from that we had no complaints. I would definitely stay again as it was convenient to BG and plenty of room for our party of 11.

Family get together. Perfect location with kids. Swing set Nextdoor . Had a 4 br locked unit. It was to units and with the locked main door we were able to move freely between units and leave the doors open.Pools and games were great

This is possibly the worst resort we've been to. I know it's not the owner's fault and is the resort's issue. But the staff here is extremely rude. Especially the lady at the activity center. She has yelled at kids and adult alike. The staff looks overwhelmed when we checked in and even at the gates when we come and go. Rooms do smell like cigarettes or something sour, especially in the hallway when you enter the building. But the icing on the cake was this morning. We have had no water for hours. We are all scrambling around to get the family ready to leave cuz they all need to use the restroom and they can't here cuz the entire resort is without water. It's been a stressful weekend for us with this resort. The listing is also incorrect. We were supposed to get 2 king beds, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds but got 2 kings and 2 twin beds. I would recommend that to be fixed on the listing. I normally don't leave bad reviews but ending it like this has been so stressful on us all. I would say communication with the owner's property manager was good. She tried to help as best as she can.

We had a great stay. The only complaint was our keys stopped working our second to last day. We had to call security & wait over 30 min to be let in. They continued to tell us all day it would be fixed, but that wasnt the case, so for the rest of our trip someone had to stay back so we would be able to get in to our suite. The office stoppes responding to us. Very frustrating! Besides that everything was mostly good.

The property was clean and everything was in good working order. Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. We have stayed in many other locations in Williamsburg the past 45 years but our last four mini vacations were spent at this location. It is convenient, quiet and the suites were very accommodating. This will be our choice of future stays in Williamsburg as our granddaughter gives it AAA rating.

This was the perfect spot for my girls and I to spend a few days just hanging out and relax!!

We booked this location for our middle school youth group that were attending a youth gathering in Williamsburg. The accommodations were gorgeous, spotless and well appointed. The resort had plenty of things to offer during their limited free time and our units were extremely comfortable. One of the bedrooms was supposed to have 2 twin beds, but there was a king instead. The kids weren't bothered by it since there was also a sofa bed. It was also great to have the lock-off with the two units - so we could easily be together. We look forward to coming back next year!

I was told that I would have a first floor suite with the other suite stacked. I ended up with both suites on the second floor. The only good thing was that they were connected.

We had a great time. Our unit was clean and stocked with things to needed until we went shopping. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained and plenty of activities for our family to do. We will definitely be back.

This is so close to so many things. We enjoyed Williamsburg and Jamestown.

Our host was most accommodating, helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and the playground. The grounds are manicured and pretty and the location was convenient to visit Williamsburg and Jamestown, plus groceries can be purchased just a mile or so away.The units are spacious and everyone said their beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the two washers and dryers. However, there was a nearly 3-hour delay in checking into our room that was quite disruptive as our traveling party included family ages 2 through 87 years old. It was really hot, the resort did not offer a cool spot to wait, and we were all tired from long drives. The long wait for check in, with no idea when it would end, caused us to miss an anticipated relaxing evening at the pool since the little ones had to go to bed immediately when keys were finally available. Though this delay was no fault of our hosts, it started the trip on a sour note that was a little tough to shake. We do appreciate our hosts concern regarding the unbelievable delay and thank them sincerely.
