The Greens 108 is 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom spacious updated townhouse. I King in the bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is located in the front section of The Greens (closest to the beach) with a wonderful Golf View and easy beach access. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice, except for the cockroaches. We called Seashore. Vacations; but they said other than pest control spraying monthly, they were taking no further action.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve vacationed to Hilton Head the last few years and this was our first time staying within Shipyard. We really enjoyed the location of this rental as it allowed us to be close to the Coligny area but also was a pretty easy walk to the beach.

Newer furniture and bathrooms all redone. The dining room wooden chairs are most uncomfortable - cushions required. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed our stay very much.
