Great View In Gulf Shores

Very nice unit, even better than the pictures! Met our needs perfectly! The bedrooms were spacious and everything worked great! Definitely would recommend to all!!

We had such a great time, it was hard to leave! We wanted to do something special this summer since our oldest is soon to leave the nest. I had done some research and decided on Gulf Shores due to it being so family friendly. It didn't disappoint! This condo caught my eye because it looked so homey...I contacted the owner and immediately liked him!! He is so helpful and friendly, answers all your questions, and gave some great ideas on where to go and what to see. As for the condo, it was WONDERFUL!!! It is so well equipped and has everything you could ever need, and oh my goodness...THE VIEW!!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Thank you Mr. Reynolds for such a great stay, we made lots of memories on our trip...and I can't wait to come back! When we do, I'm calling you first!! Many blessings, Julia

Beautiful views, convenient to all, comfortable condo with well-stocked kitchen. Relaxing vacation

Stayed at Seawind condos last year (different unit). Very consistent! Most condos are 2/2 w/ bunkroom. NICE! This one was a little different because the guest room has both a F/Q bed and a twin - great for families. The owners were super nice and helpful throughout all correspondence. Their employee, Shasta, was incredible. Lots of good restaurant near...sugar white sand just a few steps away...family oriented. Would definitely rent from Bill and MaryAnn again. Thanks y'all!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental condo, the decor was superior. The condo is stocked to the max. There is fully stocked Kitchen with extra's of everything. It is very spacious (We had two families) and this condo allowed us to feel at home and did not lack for space. The view from from this condo was awesome I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having drinks in the evening. The are places to each within walking distance. The pool and hot tube was great way to end the day. We will come back again and will work with this owner again. The owners are great to work with from start to finish.

This was the best vacation our family has ever had! To start-booking was a breeze and the owners were very helpful. The condo was spacious and extremely well stocked. The view from the condo was unobstructed & amazing- most gorgeous sunset I've seen. My 3 year old daughter loved playing in the zero-entry pool (easy on my nerves too). We even walked to breakfast & lunch since there are restaurants so close by. We even para-sailed since the little place was right there too! We all had a blast and look forward to planning another trip in 1808 :)

The rental was exactly as advertised. Spectacular view, clean and well decorated unit, and easy access to beach and restaurants. The owner was a pleasure to do business with. Every transaction, including staying an extra night, was seamless. We come to Gulf Shores once or twice a year, and this was the first time staying in Seawind. We will definitely be back - and will contact Bill before anyone else. Thanks for a great stay!

We were part of the people who came to the Gulf to see the Jimmy Buffet and friends concert on July 1, that was moved to the 11th. This condo was very nice for our stay. It was decoarted very well with beach themed decore. The location to the beach was very good as well and the view from the balcony was terrific. The bedroom and bath upstairs was also nice and gave privacy from the living area. The seperate bath with shower only downstairs was perfect for washing off after the beach. Over all we enjoyed staying at this condo! The owners were also very friendly on the phone. Besides being at the beach the condo is located near several very good resturants including the Oyster House and LuLu's (Jimmy Buffet's siter's resturant)on the intercoastal waterway at the Homeport Marina. I would recomend the fried crab claws at LuLu's and the softshelled crabs at the Oyster House. The Sugar Shack at the pool had delcious sandwhiches and drinks too. This location is also close (within a 40 minute drive or so) to the beaches of Pensacola and the new Margaritaville Hotel! I highly recommend a drive out to Pensacola to eat at Frank and Lola's at the Margaritaville Hotel. They had by far the best gumbo I have ever had, except for the Margaritaville in New Orleans! Fins up!
