Our stay was great. A clean condo with a lot of room. The only draw back was it is on the garden level. I have difficulty walking and I didn't know i had to walk down a flight of stairs. Let people know.

Great stay at Timber Run. Positives for this property are: first floor (makes a difference after a day of skiing), proximity to Gondola (legit walkable), hot tub proximity, and condo was well appointed for family meals.

We absolutely love staying at this cabin! It's perfectly located, close to the city, hot springs, and scenic bike trails along the river. The cabin itself is fantastic – it has everything we need to cook and feel comfortable during our stay. It’s become our go-to spot, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway!

We had a girls trip and stayed at Timber Run for 3 nights in September. It was in a great location. The condo was neat and clean. It had everything we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen and two beds and two bathrooms. The 2 parking spots were very handy. The pool was heated and the hot tubs were nice. It was very easy to communicate with the management and they were very quick to respond and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Steamboat Springs.

We were in Steamboat Springs for a trail race. The condo is near the gondola base — start of race —- so well located for our event and for skiers! The pool and hot tubs are clean and in excellent condition. Our only disappointment with the condo were the cookware (damaged nonstick coated pans) and cutlery.

Can’t think of anything they could have done better. Super clean, comfy beds, great complex, well-stocked and quiet. We had a such a great time!

We loved our stay at this unit in Timber Run. This unit is updated, has a well stocked kitchen and a comfy living room. Also love the amenities at Timber Run especially the pool, hot tubs and tennis court.

The condo was just as described, clean and just what we needed. We loved the location, access to pool, hot tub and grills. Close to shopping, restaurants, downtown, parks and hiking trails. The owners were quick to reply with any questionss

The condo was quiet and cozy, the updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed the tennis courts right out the back steps! The unit was clean and everything was in excellent condition, would highly recommend.

Timber Run is a lovely and well-maintained place to stay in Steamboat Springs. It's family-friendly and an easy location to get to and from. The condo we stayed in was perfect! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I'd absolutely stay there again. Thanks iTrip for quick communication when needed, and an all round wonderful experience.

We loved staying here! It’s super clean and functional. We enjoyed the hot tub and tennis court. The couch had a pull out bed too which was surprisingly comfy. The master bed has a super squishy bed so we ended up sleeping on couch pull out. We have back issues and need more firm mattress but the couch and guest bedroom had more firm mattresses. We enjoyed!

The place was lovely, clean, and orderly. Two major complaints, however: 1) the water pressure was non-existant and it took forever to take a shower and 2) the pool was mostly empty following some sort of project and wasn't filled by the time we left (they used a single garden hose to fill it up). I didn't contact the host regarding the water pressure, but I did mention that we had picked their condo because it looked nice (which it was) and had a pool. The host said that the issue with the pool was stated somewhere in the Vrbo listing, which I don't recall seeing, and that the price was discounted to reflect that. I asked for a reference to that information in the listing and they couldn't reproduce it. I once again stated that we would have chosen another listing had we known that we wouldn't have access to the pool and they said that the HOA had last updated them that the pool was supposed to be ready on the day of our arrival (we stayed for two nights). It was quite disappointing that they were unwilling to discount the price of our stay any more than they claimed it had been discounted initially since they not only included photos of the pool in the listing, but didn't have this information posted prominently or made any visible mention of the discount in the original posting. Not thrilled with the customer service.
