Great Value Close to Resort-Heated Pool-HotTubs-Grills-Looping Ski Shuttle-Parking Near Unit-Updates

Property was above average and comparable to a hotel. Cleanliness was on par even though there was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door in the first bathroom. Would stay again and would recommend if you're looking for more space than a hotel room.

Great Condo! The unit was clean an comfortable. It was really nice having a shuttle that runs between the complex and the ski area. The complex has three hot tubs and a pool; very nice.

Had a great time over the weekend at Timber Run condos. Steamboat is an exceptional place, can not wait to return.

Our family of four adults stayed at this condo for 3 nights in late July 2025. The condo location was excellent. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the main routes through Steamboat Springs. Also only a 10 min walk to the base of Steamboat Ski Resort! Condo was very clean with comfortable beds. The den and dining Room were very spacious and the kitchen was furnished with every imaginable kitchen wares. The patio was a nice quiet area for relaxing in the morning and evening. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and enjoyable. It was the perfect, cozy condo with great wi-fi and we would definitely book this condo again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Steamboat! The condo itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean with high-end finishes throughout. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and every detail made it feel like a luxury getaway.__Our trip was packed with fun and adventure. We went on a few gorgeous hikes and spotted plenty of wildlife along the way. The 4th of July parade was such a fun, festive highlight! We also tried the Edgar Allan Poe-themed escape room at The Crooked Key—such a creative and challenging experience.__One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending time at the condo’s pool and tennis courts—great spaces to relax and play. This condo was the perfect home base for our Steamboat adventure, and we can’t wait to come back!

The condo was comfortable and clean in a great location within walking distance to the mountain base. There’s a shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and short drive to town for restaurants and shopping. Other amenities included parking, community grills, and access to 3 hot tubs and heated pool

Great location and communication from property owners. Parking was easy and the unit was clean and perfect for our needs. A laundry room was located on the bottom floor of the main building and took quarters. It was very convenient to do laundry onsite but there's no change machine so bring your own quarters. I took 5 in quarters and it worked great. I would definitely return with my family to Timber Run!

Easy, clean and comfortable

This condo was very convenient for our Steamboat ski vacation. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again. Only little hiccups were the fact you needed wrist bands to ride the shuttle to the base of the mountain. This wasn’t mentioned in the itrip check-in instructions and there weren’t any bands in the condo. We had to text itrip and have them bring some to the condo. Luckily the driver of the shuttle was kind and allowed us to ride showing her the reservation information. Guest the following day without bands were not so lucky. This could really cause a delay in your ski time. Also there were no codes to get into the hot tub pool area provided in the check-in info. Again we were caught out in the cold calling itrip. Minor issues, but totally avoidable if the welcome email is updated. itrip for the information needed. kind

We stayed at an iTrip condo for 3 nights in Steamboat Springs, CO in late January 2025. What we loved most was the impeccable service. There was excellent communication by text which allowed us to resolve all issues / requests that came up. The shuttle service could be a bit easier to use but iTrip made it up to us with a late check out. We highly recommend iTrip for rental properties.

It was wonderful! Check on that ice maker, it's pretty loud and annoying! Super easy to get to and parking was fabulous!!!

The property was very clean and well stocked. Easy access to parking lot and short walk to the pool. The check-in and check-out process was very easy! Perfect for what we needed, so much nicer than staying in a hotel.
