We needed a place to stay for an extended period of time due to the pandemic. We were very happy with Robert’s apartment. We arrived to find the place clean, and there were cleaning products available so we weren’t starting from scratch during a time where you couldn't find anything in stores (normally, there’s housekeeping service, but chose to put that on hold). The kitchen is well-appointed and there are plenty of towels and bedding. The apartment gets a lot of light and felt spacious. There’s a balcony with a lovely view of the city and the water along with comfortable chairs to sit in and enjoy the breeze for hours on end. The building itself is very nice, and management took precautions to keep everyone safe. There were no problems getting groceries from Instacart and food deliveries from Grubhub, etc delivered directly to the door. Robert was an excellent host and his communication was also excellent. There was a problem with the hot water and Robert immediately jumped on it and sent a plumber over. We would absolutely recommend Robert and staying at his Brickell apartment.

This property was everything I could ask for. The kitchen had all the essentials. I was able to make meals whenever I wanted without any problem. The apartment itself was very clean and organized. The view was great. The building was well managed. I was within walking distance of everything I could want or need for an extended stay. The owner/ landlord got back to me quickly if I had any questions or concerns. Having a maid clean the apartment every two weeks was a very nice perk.

Roberts condo was amazing and super clean! Great natural lighting and perfect balcony to relax and enjoy the sun. Centrally located around wynwood and plenty of great restaurants to enjoy. No need to rent a car. Robert was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

This condo is very clean with great natural lighting and has amazing views overlooking the downtown skyline. You also have access to the pool in the building which is really nice. The place is nestled in a great area walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, local bars and a shopping center. Robert was very prompt about responding to any texts or concerns you have. If you are coming to Brickell, this is the place to stay!

During my 3 months in Miami this appartment really became my home. The access to the pool and to the gym offered me relaxing and fun moments on the weekends. The appartment is clean, the furniture is modern and the equipment in the kitchen leaves no wish unfulfilled. Nearby you can find a supermarket, lots of restaurants and the Metromover. All in all, I can highly recommend the appartment.

This property was exactly what we wanted, an urban location, walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, etc. and no need for a car. Metromover and other public transportation are nearby. When needed we used Uber and never had to wait long. The apartment was quite comfortable and clean. Robert was easily contacted with any questions or concerns. The river walk with benches to sit on and watch the boat traffic was a bonus. If we plan to be in Miami again for three months or more we hope the apartment will be available.

Robert's condo was perfect. The location is very centrally located to everything in Brickell - easy to park your car and walk where you need to. The condo was clean, well maintained and well equipped. Robert was very nice to work with, and I would recommend his condo if you need accommodations in the Brickell section of Miami.
