Great Updated 2nd Floor Condo at Phoenix VI.

Excellent place to stay. Great view of the beach. Very clean. Will definitely love to stay in the same unit again.

The AC is 15 years old. We made multiple attempts to contact the owner and she was impossible to get ahold of. You’d think a business would check their voicemails or at least answer the phone in the middle of the day. Due to the AC not properly working the entire condo was humid and sticky. All of the furniture was wet. Way too much money for wet furniture, a wet bed, and a sticky.

Nice property with beautiful view. Only one complaint. Need to stock more trash bags especially for a weeks stay. But overall good property

Everything was great until the check out process, the cleaning lady came INTO our room at 9am without asking while my family was still asleep (huge invasion of privacy) and then continued from 9am till 10 to knock on our door and ring the door bell and trying to come in the door before 10, we had to put the extra lock on our door to keep her from walking in. Highly don’t recommend booking through her for them, the manager of the property was great when we talked to him about it and next time we will be book through the phoenix company! Other than this issue our stay at the phoenix was great and highly recommend this property, just don’t book with the outside company!

Had to walk downstairs outside in the rain just to have a cigarette ,did not like that at all.

Last two years it has been down for repairs. My wife swims everyday for therapy and can’t use the pool. Would be nice for a notice ahead of showing up.
