Host and instructions were great. Someone playing very loud music at night but that’s not the owners fault.

Really enjoyed our stay. Villa was very clean and kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Pool very short distance plus well maintained. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice enough place. I was a little disappointed...the property was a little more dated than I expected. It could use some paint and carpet replacement. So I would suggest a little sprucing up, but it was OK. Some paint and a little attention and it would be great.

Had a wonderful time staying at Anne and Tom’s place. Just as it’s pictured. Super clean and perfect location. This was a getaway for just me, and I felt safe and secure while I was there. Love Seabrook Island! I will be booking again, for sure!!

The condo fits all your needs and is very clean and close to everything. The owners are easy to get in touch with and are very helpful. So many good things to say about this rental that I will definitely be booking it again next year! You will not be disappointed. Definitely a 5 star rental property.

This place is perfect. Great location, great unit, and a great host! My husband and l attended a wedding on the island, and this villa was in a perfect location. Great restaurants within driving distance. The villa was clean, and updated (beautiful), easy check in/out-it had everything we needed. Tom was a perfect host, answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I keep saying perfect, because that is what it was...PERFECT! Thank you Tom & Anne! We definitely recommend!

I Stayed here three years in a row very nice place. Owners are great to work with the best Swimming pool in all of the complexes. Marsh behind unit is Gorgeous. Highly recommend. I will be back Thank you Sam Carvour

This condo is small but perfect for the two of us. It was very clean, nicely stocked, and conveniently located. We love Seabrook island, but had to leave due to a hurricane. We did not get to stay for our full rental period, and the owner was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend! We will return!

Perfect for our visit to the Island for a Memorial Service / Celebration of life for an Aunt who passed on last year. Quiet community allowed early morning coffee in the rear screened in Porch facing the woods! We DIDN'T use the Pool as our cousins have one and that's where we visited the whole weekend. Love Seabrook Island and would have built our new home there if the construction costs hadn't skyrocketed! Now on St Simon's Island, GA.

Loved the property, location was fun for our kids to bike to beach or to Freshfields or Bohicket on their own! Lovely spot, cute deck, and great to have the own little pool!!! Been coming to Seabrook since 1987, so this has been added to places to stay again!!
