Condo was beautifully furnished, very spacious. View from balcony was stunning, especially sunrise and sunset. Beds were very comfortable.Only negative was the jacuzzi in the master bath was nit working. I had emailed property manager and never heard back. Other than that, all other communication was responded promptly. Will definitely go back.

We’ve stayed here before when it was phoenix west 2. This unit was not up to standard of previous stays. Broken fixtures, mold in showers, dirty dishes, broken drawer in refrigerator. Kitchen had basic supplies, but not well equipped. No towel racks/hooks in bathroom. I notified property and when responded just wanted to know if we wanted it fixed now or after we leave. I have a feeling these units are no longer individually owned. Things are looking worn and the unit wasn’t cleaned real well. We have enjoyed staying in this area before and the beach is nice, that’s why we came back. Will rethink this condo in future.

No shelves on refrigerator door, called and they were brought up the next morning. Beds in the double bedroom, mattresses need to be replaced. Chairs cushions at the dining room table need to be re- cushioned. Nothing that will keep us from coming back. Beach view was great!! Appreciated the tubes for the lazy river!!

There were nine of us staying and there was more than enough space for everyone. Condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Family friendly property. Rental company was great to work with.

We have stayed at this property 8 years in a row and this condo by far was the prettiest decorated and we loved how it was on the 7th floor! We go every year and we can’t wait to come back next year and book this condo! I highly recommend this condo !

Perfectly fantastic

The condo was nice & facilities great with lots for young kids to do. elevator quick for such large facility. The condo needs some attention, beds in front bedrooms uncomfortable, can opener broken, garbage can broken won't close, hand-held shower handles didn't work, kitchen drain holder broken brb. Need better cooking pots

The level of communication from White Shores Realty was top-notch all the way through the process of booking to checking out. Our condo was spacious, extremely clean, and has amazing Gulf views. The Oasis has the best layout of all the buildings we've stayed in over the years. It is easy to move between floors to the amenities with the elevators and stairs. Finally, the parking deck is the most convenient in Orange Beach.

We had a Great stay from beginning to finish. Check in was quick and easy. From as soon as you enter the gate to the front desk staff everyone was kind and helpful. The condo was everything that was listed. The beds were extremely comfortable. They had everything we needed plus some for our stay. The only small complaint I would have is that it was time for the ice maker to have a cleaning and it was quite loud.The resort had amazing amenities for the whole family. Easy access to everything. We saw dolphins out our balcony almost every day. We never had any issues waiting for the elevator or with parking. We had such a wonderful time and would love to go back to this exact place again some day.

Amazing Stay with a Few Minor Issues Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the condo! The space was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable, and having multiple bathrooms was a huge plus. With six of us showering, we never ran out of hot water, which was a pleasant surprise. However, each bathroom only had one small roll of toilet paper for the week—an extra roll or two would have been appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee maker, ice maker, and plenty of pots and pans. One of the cooking pans seemed quite damaged from previous guests, though, and could use replacing. It would also have been nice to have more than one dishwasher pod for the week and a dish scrubber to make cleanup easier. Washer & dryer has no detergents, so have to bring your own. Washing machine is unbalanced, so can’t wash more than a medium load/or goes loud. The property itself was very clean, especially the beach area. Unfortunately, the lazy river and slide pool were not well maintained. The water had algae, garbage & cigarette butts floating in it, which was disappointing. Needs scrubbing & pool shock! Our son even developed a skin rash that we believe came from the very dirty lazy river. On-site restaurant seemed to be a hit with other guests, as it was always busy. Despite these few issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo, especially if the pool maintenance could be improved. Overall, it was a great vacation!

We have stayed in many condos over the years. Overall, this one was very clean and well decorated. It was perfect for my all adult family. One thing that was irritating to me is that the main bathroom shower has one tiny little shelf that is not even large enough for shampoo and conditioner. Also, there were a few things that could be updated but nothing that was a huge negative.
