Stayed Sep 7, 2023Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! When we were ready to pull the cart upstairs, our neighbor helped me with my cart. We found that it was a quick in and out of the building to get to the beach. Everything was beautiful in the condo! Thank you, again for the lovely stay. The problem…it went by too quickly!

Stayed Jul 13, 2023Overall very nice stay at this property. We liked that the building was smaller than the typical high rises and in our experience was very quiet. It also has gated in parking which was nice as it avoided other traffic from coming and going. The unit itself was as pictured - clean, nice and comfortable furniture. The view was very nice from the comfortable chairs on the deck. It was also in a good location - close enough to walk to a number of restaurants, shops and we enjoyed a morning stroll to Northside Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023Unit was perfect and easy check-in/out. Bed was comfortable and appeared to be new to this season. Kitchen was well appointed. View of the beach was perfect just steps away and you can hear the waves.

Stayed Nov 7, 2022Was not clean. The water was off, as well as the hot water heater. Water damage (and possible mold) on some ceiling panels. Powder room in bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Management company should have gone in the morning of arrival and put chairs on balcony (as well as broom sweep it.) The screen door to slider was in the LR propped up against the TV. Bathroom sink not draining.
