Great ocean view and great location - enjoy the sun, sand and waves

Beautiful well kept clean condo with a great view of the ocean. The host was responsive if we had any questions and provided us with beach going basic needs like chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The pool, beach access and surrounding back outdoor area with grills and seating at this building are still under construction after the hurricanes in fall of 2022. This is true of most buildings in this area, luckily the drive on entrance is right next to the building so you don’t need to walk far to access the beach which is a great bonus. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants. (Try the Casual Bird, it was our favorite coffee spot and those fresh cookie ice cream sandwiches can’t be topped!) We really enjoyed this room and the location!

The host did an excellent job communicating and and answering any questions or concerns. We loved the condo and the Towers Ten staff do an amazing job keeping tha building neat and clean. We hope to be back in the future.Darwin C

We had a great 3 weeks at this condo. The owner was very attentive to everything we suggested or asked. The views are fantastic, the pool is wonderfully warm and everyone was friendly and helpful. The additional den area was great for our teen. Appliances all worked and the condo was well stocked. It could use more serving bowlsbut we worked around it. I would happily go back.

We've booked several apartments in the past, and this most recent one definitely belongs in the top category. Admittedly, the condo is a bit dated, but that doesn't detract from the overall comfort. The amenities and location are excellent. We felt right at home. If anything, the garage parking space, with its inconvenient location, is a slight drawback. But I can, and did, simply leave the rental car outside. We'd gladly stay here again.

Beautiful views! Quiet and peaceful. Many great eating places within driving distance. Though the truck didn’t fit in the garage space, we always had parking space outside in the lot. Excellent response time from owner!

Niel is an excellent host and the unit and builidng are excellent

Fantastic ocean view! Beautiful beach. Very well appointed condo. This host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Repack. You hardly need to take anything. Chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are all there, IF you feel like leaving the balcony.Nice restaurants nearby but, if you want to cook, pots, pans, dishes all there. The host is extremely communicative if you need to reach him. We will be back.

Awesome summer vacation ! Everything was perfect, we did not want to leave. The unit was super clean and functional with everything you could possibly need from a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, BBQ, beach chairs and umbrella. The owner promptly answered any questions and followed up regularly to make sure all was OK. Highly recommend this place !

My son stayed in this condo for the first time. My 70 year old sister joined for 2 nights. They loved staying here. The condo was wonderful, clean, and what a view! Living in the area, we joined for visiting during the day. Neil was a perfect host making sure we knew every detail. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Everyone seemed so friendly.

Stayed 2 weeks in Niels' condo. Loved it. Walkable to numerous restaurants and a few stores. Gorgeous views of the beach and the intercoastal. Accommodations were good, beds comfortable. Numerous amenities. Would definitely return!

Very nice building, very easy communication and use of property. Minor issues taken care of immediately by Niel - everything was GREAT!! Location is good - watching the sunrise, good restaurants, good walking around, things to do for the whole family.

The owner was always in communication! The pool area and deck were not operational due to reconstruction! Owner kept us up informed.

The condo is right on the beach with amazing views. We spent the days listening to the waves roll in. The apartment amenities were wonderful - adjustable king bed, two beds in second bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo was extremely convenient to all the activities we wanted to do while in the Daytona Beach area. We really enjoyed our stay.
