Great Location on 30A! Walk to beach! Next 2 Seaside! Great 4 Couples & Families

We can't say enough great things about our stay here. We frequently come to this area and loved staying here for our first time. The host is so amazing, accommodating, and helpful and attentive. The condo was in a great location with so many things even being within walking distance, the condo was cute and clean, and they even provide everything you need for the beach and if you have babies or kids, they have multiple items you can use already here. The condo area was quiet and just what we needed. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here during a quick trip to Florida recently. We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo was very nicely updated and clean. The hosts were very nice and provided a guide with all of the information about the condo, rules, etc, but also included recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. I was so impressed with how it seemed like they’d thought of everything: They even had sunscreen and beach gear for guests to use. The condo was just a short walk across 30A to the beach, and was convenient to the grocery store and many restaurants. We love Seagrove Beach and loved this property, and would gladly stay here again.

Great place for a weekend stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachwood Boutique.It has 2 beach access points right across the street. The condo is decorated beautiful and is very clean and organized. Great hosts! We would highly recommend!

The host communicated almost daily to ensure that check in, our stay and check out were a smooth process. All was extremely easy. Location of this condo is perfect. Walk across the street to access the public beach or the small gas station/grocery store. Along the 30a bike path so if you want to ride anywhere its a very short walk to the path. We used the pool and laundry room during our stay. The pool is centrally located on the property and right out the back door. The condo itself is nicely decorated and stocked with all of the essentials. I especially loved the small touches like black wash clothes to remove make up and snacks in the kitchen. I will definitely be booking this place again.

We are a family of 5. The location was excellent. Short walk to the beach. Great food options near by. The Condo was like a home away from home. Nice relaxing tones. Appeared newly remodeled. The owners are quick to reply to any questions or needs. They provided many complimentary items to help make your trip stress free and enjoyable. The community was nice. Seaside is right down the road. Highly recommend this rental and vacation destination.
