Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Nepenthe Rules & Information:

It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70 high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.

    I really thought it was excellent. The owners were very helpful when we needed a bed instead of a futon since we were all too old to get by with a futon for 3 months in the 2nd BR. Loved the neighborhood and if I buy in Sedona it will be in that neighborhood.
