Cozy room with a very comfortable king bed for a good weekend on the mountain. Microwave & a coffee pot was all we needed, alot of local food around. The spa is very nice and accomidating.
There was no email sent for the check in and I had call Expedia/Vrbo several times to get it resolved. Should never happen!
This unit is in a beautiful community. Cozy, clean, and comfy huge king bed. The spa is wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. Great for a couple for a getaway.
The place was very cozy, clean, spacious, quiet, near the slope and all the restaurants, markets, etc. Will definitely stay there again!
Much like, but more comfortable than a hotel room.
The room has everything you need for a short stay. It is a big room, al basic amenities like fridge, coffee maker, TV worked well. Very convenient location. The host was super responsive: i had few questions and he responded via text within minutes. Wifi was very slow but regular internet connectivity was fine. However, this would be my concern if anyone counted on wifi to do any work from the condo. Great place overall, will definetly stay again.
A bit small but clean, good location, and owners attentive to a problem which was rectified quickly.
It's basically a townhouse bed/bath walled off into a hotel room with an elock on it. Check in and out is arrive and leave. There were minor issues with the room normal for early season in Vermont. It's kind of a cross of a ski house experience with The Grand. This unit is at the top of the complex, requiring navigation of snow packed switchbacks. If you are a skier looking for a bottom of the road price with top of the hill amenities, this a great option for those who are not faint of vehicle and winter driving skills and can deal with little glitches vs complain.
My wife and I planned an anniversary trip to check 2 states off our list. About 24 hours before our trip, I received a call from our host that there was a leak in the boiler, and we wouldn’t have hot water for our stay. That’s fine, things happen, and the host offered us a 50% discount given the inconvenience. When we entered the neighborhood, the directions were rather confusing, and we took a wrong turn twice. Once we entered the property, it was absolutely freezing. Instructions stated that upon exit, we were to set the thermostat to 60 degrees. When we entered the 60 degree home, the thermostat didn’t work, and the outside temp dropped to below 50. We had to layer ourselves with all of the blankets in the home to keep warm. Given there was no hot water (again, stuff happens), we were unable to regain our warmth before we left the next morning. In addition, the overall quality of the place was less than great. The closet door was hanging off its track, there was only 1 towel available, and several of the light switches did not work. Overall a bad experience, and we would not stay again!
Great little space and location. We enjoyed our stay.
Nice secluded location, close to the bike park. I utilized the pool, hot tub and sauna at the spa after a hot day at Killington Bike Park. Clean and comfortable.
Small bedroom with a bathroom and coffee maker fully stocked
We were pleased which how clean it was and responsive the host were! We will stay again!
The room was very well kept, lots of towels and blankets, great location. Owner was quick in responding to a question we had. Minor quirk: Bed is too big for the room, so it was hard to maneuver around. Otherwise, it was lovely!
Great place, would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Loved the location! Felt a little weird because the owner was there all weekend. Felt like we didn’t have 100% privacy.
We stayed here for a ski weekend and were impressed with how clean and comfortable the room was. It’s very close to Killington too!
I can’t say anything but great things about this experience. Giles, the property manager was extremely helpful and made himself available at all times if needed. He provided great tips and was a delight to work with. Thanks again, Giles!
Owner was quick to respond to questions - quiet & clean room!
This place is just perfect for a weekend getaway! It is close to the Killington ski resort and there is a nice spa on the property you can use during your stay. Communication with the owner was very smooth. Highly recommended!
This was a perfect location for doing Spartan races at Killington. There's so much to do in the area!
Property and location were great, right on the mountain road, close to everything. We stayed during the off season so the neighborhood was quiet and private which was a plus. The place is small but great for two adults, we would definitely stay here again.
Perfect for a quick weekend getaway roaming around Killington. The bed was the squishiest bed I have ever slept in! I loved that, but my fiancee did not. The fridge had not been on when we arrived, so I did have to clean the stank out, but Chris was super responsive and apologetic about it, and it was an easy fix, so it wasn't a big deal.
I want to preface this review that once my concern was raised with the owner she immediately addressed it and gave me a full refund. I do not hold her responsible for the first issue. When I went to check in unfortunately due to bad service being in the mountains, the link was froze. I was able to find someone at the Spa who was able to help me. Upon checking in, I immediately met the host who was incredibly gracious and kind. I had booked this trip as an escape from stress and to hit the reset button. Unfortunately shortly after my arrival there was a dog aggressively barking and scratching at my door. I am a huge dog lover, but it didnt bode well with me after being exhausted from a long trip. I tolerated it for a bit and reached out to the owner who addressed it right away. I decided at that point to cut my trip short and headed back home at 400 am. I am sure going forward that this wont happen again and again I cant emphasize enough how accommodating and kind the owner is. Also it was extremely clean.
The place was a little smaller than imagined, however if you are looking for something similar to a hotel room on a quiet secluded side of the mountain this is a great place to stay. Chris was very good to work with as well. I would stay again for sure.
