Great Family Condo-Pool-Steps2Beach-2BR Villas On The Gulf C5

The online profile of this property did not give the proper ambiance. When my family and myself arrived the property looked bland. An old looking stairway to the door that clearly needed to be replaced. When you walk in, the scent of old furniture matched with the style and color. The costs to stay here did not match what we were given. That evening is when everything went downhill. The thunder storm and heavy winds that came through flooded the retention pond that flooded the parking lot and the walkway between the other properties. When the wind blows heavy you can feel the building move. The property floods every time it has a heavy rain. I found out 1st hand for that to be true along with talking to a owner that lives on the property. Which was never disclosed or descripted in any of the literature that they provided. There is no 24 hour maintenance as described. The next morning we made phone calls to management. When we finally got contact they asked if we send them pictures of the flooded parking lot. I requested to be moved on that property where it wasnt flooded. They responded that they had to evacuations 1st so asked be patient with them so that they can rectify my situation. We had to walk through dirty pond water to get to our vehicle and then clean off our feet every time we needed to go somewhere. They did offer to send us to another property 30 minutes away which would have took us out of Pensacola beach. I did not accept, thats why we came to Pensacola beach

During our stay, there was no internet, and we were assured we would be compensated for this inconvenience. However, more than two weeks have passed since we checked out, and we have yet to receive any compensation.

It was a nice property. Just the right amount of space for 5 people. Good location as well.However, we found a cockroach in the kitchen and the floors were very dirty.

Loved our stay!! April 21-27, 2025Not only was it such an easy check in/out, the condo had everything possibly you’d need, the AC worked awesome, and had wonderful neighbors that live there permanently that was so helpful!!! We will be returning guests!!

We had easy check in. There is only 1 flight of steps to unit so that was a plus. There was a musky smell in the unit. There was sand on floor from past guests that hadn’t been swept up. The door top shelf in fridge kept falling off. We had cable in small bedroom but only Roku in living room and master. My husband likes to rehash movies on tv so he was disappointed with that. We called the property manager came out and the cable company was supposed to come but never seen them. There wasn’t info on where garage dumpster was.The mattress in master bedroom needs replacing. It was very hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a closet in master so you had to put your things in dresser which had a musky smell. Furniture in master would be vintage and would say the same for 2nd bedroom. There also wasn’t a way to lock sliding door to balcony.The kitchen needs to be labeled and organized. The kitchen table was cute. The unit needs a new broom. The master bathroom sink had crack in bowl. The only day I wanted to go to pool it was closed for maintenance. We stayed 7 days. The walk to beach wasn’t really that bad. Overall we had wonderful stay and would come back. I just had to sleep on couch much of the week. I did like the complex overall. There wasn’t a lot of people. The beach wasn’t crowded. We were there mid August. School had just started in area. The people we met were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay.This is our 3rd trip to the area.

The location of the villas is great! The trolley system makes travel to the boardwalk easy. The beach was just a short walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Pensacola and felt like this unit suited us well. We didn’t mind the 2 minute walk to the beach and actually enjoyed feeling a little more secluded than being beachfront. We’ve done that before but wanted to try something different. This unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen had the needed supplies so that we could cook breakfast and lunch in and remain close to the water. Going out each night was fun, though! If you want to play games, you should pack some. We were glad we brought decks of cards. Lastly, we enjoyed the clean exterior of the Villas. They are well maintained and were even painting parts of it while we were there. The lagoon is full of turtles and fish which were fun to watch.

Unit was perfect for our stay. Appeared recently renovated. Family friendly. Walk to beach from unit not far. Easy access from where car parked to stairs/entrance. Met all our needs. Management responded quickly to call/texts. Management very friendly and professional. Great communication from management re rental confirmation, prep/info Re arrival/check in, and check out reminder/process.

My family loved our stay. It was close to the beach and right next to the pool which was amazing. The condo was nice and perfect for our family. However the only bad thing was the stomping of our upstairs neighbors. It would be 5 am and we could hear what sounded like banging or stomping intentionally. It wasn’t only the morning time however, it would also be at random times during the day or late at night while we were trying to sleep. Other than that disturbance we loved our stay.
