I have so much to say about this property/owner.The response in my concerns was fairly quick; however my concerns were not taken care of or compensated for: We arrived late on Wednesday - Florida was chilly in the low 40's. The condo seemed cold it was 68...I turned it up and went to bed - we woke up and it was 66. We left for the day I assumed it was programed and didn't think too much into it at the time. Upon returning late Thurs evening it was 63 in there and it was so cold both inside and out. I texted the host and they responded I sent pics and had already tried everything they suggested. However, I said we would bundle up if they could have someone there first thing. To be nice & save them an after-hour service call. They agreed - then they texted and it turned to late afternoon so tech we froze for 3 days....by that time I found breaker box and fixed the tripped breaker, told them to cancel the service call. They so kindly only offered to compensate me 45. I saved them A LOT in an after hours service call & not having to make a service call at all. We froze for 3 days-that is all they are willing to compensate us!!Upstairs shower was clogged so you stand in dirty shower water. The light above the shower flickers off/on. We had a bad GFI in the kitchenThe lamps in the lower master have electrical tape around them. But no answer why - fire hazard?FYI-Entire back sliding doors is just a sheer see through curtain-no privacy.

First did not send code. Said would send 2 hours before arrival at 4. Waited until after 4 and still no code. Call number given did not work. Had to send message asking for code while driving. Arrived found pool full of water to the top with hose going into pool running wide open. I turned hose off. The pool was around 3-4 inches low at the end of our week. I’m assuming it has a leak. Downstairs bathroom shower head was broken. Central heat would not turn on no matter how I adjusted the temperature. It was freezing in that house. It was one of the coldest weeks ever and we might as well slept outside. We absolutely froze at night. Reported. Said everything was fine. Sent pics proving heat was not working. The thermostat is located upstairs in the hallway. Probably the only spot away from windows and drafts. Thermostat read between 63-68. Saw 69 a few times. When turned up to 78 the central unit would not turn on. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. Spent the entire week frozen and waking up with sore throats from the cold. Too top it off the battery to the smoke alarm began beeping around 2am in my bedroom. That woke me up and kept me up the rest of the night. Towels are very limited. Only had one floor towel in downstairs bathroom. Only had one kitchen towel. Did not have places to hang towels after use. Had nothing to get hot pan out of the stove because the only one supplied was being used. I understood to brings wash cloths but said nothing about kitchen.

Wonderful location and great stay. Very responsive.Only disappointment was no wash clothes. I went back and checked, and it was noted, but I didn't see it.

We did our annual snow bird trip here and loved it. The location is excellent with everything being within about 10-20 miles. The local neighborhood also had a lot of food and necessity options. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and looked like the pictures which is always a gamble. The owner supplied many necessities and small comfort features. An example was two floor fans. That was great for those that like noise at night. We would absolutely stay again and hope to next year. My only recommendation would be that the extra single bed in the bedroom with bunkbeds makes that room feel small. Thank you for a lovely time!

Overall, it was a great stay, and this is a great house to rent. Very roomy we loved the two master bedrooms with en suites. This would be a great house for two families to split. The Cleaning could’ve been better. There was sand on the floors in the house tracked in from the back pool area outside the gate I’m assuming. We had to do a little spot cleaning, but nothing major. Beds were comfortable and clean. Please note there are no washcloths in this house. You will have to bring your own. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available to keep up with things. The pool was nice. I think it may have been heated while we were there because it was almost like a hot tub. We enjoyed getting in it at night. The central air kept it at a nice temperature. It was a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t check out the amenities that the resort offers so I can’t have input on that.

These townhomes are very unique! Lots of room to spread out, ample storage for groceries, and the little pool was the highlight for my kids. The community pool and splash pad are excellent, we even had quick service for the private pool when it needed some chemicals.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Loved the pool and all the amenities. Everything was nice and clean. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a more stocked kitchen. Didn't really have a lot of cooking stuff that we needed. Did not have any cookie sheets. Other than that, the stay was prefect, and we had a wonderful week.

The location in champions gate is super nice. We had a few issues which mostly got resolve minus the MICE in the house. The company dripped off some bait station which we had to put out. The communication could be better with the management company. Also make sure you take pictures. The previous people and the ones before them have not been kind to the condo from scratches , gouges, rusted light fixtures, and broken blind cords. The drainage isn’t the best and a supposedly previous man came back to get his blender of course We didn’t let him in. There were 9 in our family that stayed at the condo. We don’t have any issues with the parking and the residents and others were friendly. Make sure to bring wash clothes and any basic items if you’re going to wash and dry your clothes. They give a little laundry soap, paper towels and dish soap which is good if you’re only staying for a few days otherwise stop by the Walmart down the street. The arcade was closed during our stay but the pool , the kids play area and the gym were open. The beds are comfy Make sure you let the company know if anything is wrong asap otherwise it could take up a whole day to get the item, messing up plans for your vacation, like trying to get to Disney. Overall it suites our needs minus the unwanted fury critter.
