Stayed Aug 1, 2023Items from previous renter throughout the condo. Owner not in area, so we had to clean out & wash full refrigerator & cabinets so we could use them. Bed spread was badly stained on both sides, so owner ordered new one , which came 3 days later. Again, we had to take stained one & box out to garage. We were not told that scaffolding that was 3 stories high was in front of our condo, so no view & we heard the workers overhead banging & working Monday through Friday from 8-5:00.

Stayed May 3, 2022The apartment has everything you could need for an extended stay with lots of cookware and appliances. The space is comfortable for two and feels larger with high ceilings, well positioned windows and ample natural light. Other amenities include an alarm system, dedicated, covered parking, and a private deck. Downtown Flagstaff is a couple of blocks away and we walked there often. The owner is excellent to work with and responds immediately to all questions. We are sad to leave and will definitely consider this rental in the future if returning to the area.

Stayed Jun 1, 2021Stayed in the unit in June, 2021 and it was wonderful. Condo was extremely well equipped with everything needed. Very thoughtful hosts from small to large items. Super clean and welcoming. Tastefully decorated space within a very nice building only a couple of years old. And the location can't be beat. Short walk to Thorpe Park and the FUTS trail network as well as downtown Flagstaff.
