This luxurious 2 bedroom lower level condo has all the features you need to make yourself at home while enjoying everything Mammoth has to offer! Master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, attached bath, 37inch LED TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and lights to provide improved air circulation and lighting. Night bed stands also have lamps and alarm clocks. The comfortable and fully stocked kitchen opens upto the living and dining areas and features gorgeous cabinetry, huge peninsula granite countertop which offers counter seating, and ample pantry space to accommodate your grocery supplies. The living room features a leather sofa sectional with recliner and queen sleeper bed (pic not updated), 45 inch LED HDTV mounted above the wood burning fireplace complimented by Free Showtime (channels 209-222), a DVD player and video library for viewing from the kitchen, dinning room and living room. Free firewood is located on the deck just outside the dinning room. The entrance has a sit down bench as well as storage for ski / fishing equipment. A small supply of games and books are provided for those rainy days. Horizons 4 Condominiums Resort features a year-round spa and dry sauna, seasonal heated pool (Memorial Day- Labor Day), a tennis court, and a recreational room with a pool table, ping-pong table, and arcade games. Centrally located in the middle of town, the town's free shuttle system is just steps from the condo or a you can walk to the Vons shopping center, several restaurants (our favorite is Roberto's), or the movie theater, in just a couple minutes!

Our Condo home #165 is meticulously updated and cared for as if we are living there as we visit several times a year. Centrally located in the resort it is just across from the BBQs and picnic area under the pine trees and far enough away from the road for a quiet nights rest. Parking for two vehicles is just steps away from your door making it easy to unpack and start your vacation. We set nightly pricing based upon 4 guests with an additional guest charge of $10/nt greater than 4 to cover extra costs for linens and utilities.
This home away from home is non-smoking.
A $300 fine will be assessed for anyone smoking or bringing a pet within the unit.

    Nice property, responsive host and management company. The walls are rather thin, and you will hear every step taken by the people in unit above and walking on the stairs to the upper level, every flush of the toilet, and conversations in the living room. Can't beat the proximity to Eagle Lodge tho, this is a good home base for skiing.

    A bit disappointed. While the place was clean and stocked with some basic stuff like paper towels, that was good. The place was 45 degrees when we arrived at 1am and took until the next day to heat up to 70. Not great. Hot tub was very cold the first night and outright closed the second. I booked a place specifically for a hot tub post skiing and paid extra for it only to have it not be working. Saving a few bucks on heating and making your guests freeze the first night was also disappointing (yes we were late but even if we arrived at 4 it would’ve taken hours to heat up)

    Easy check in/ check out. Our only complaint was how cold the condo was upon check in. We turned the heaters on right away but didn't feel warm enough until the next morning and had to sleep in layers with extra blankets. The rest of the stay was comfortable and the space was great. Responsive host when we had some questions.

    Overall great stay. The only issue was that the plumbing from the upstairs was quite noisy. it sounded like everytime they showered, we could hear every single drip.

    We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and in a perfect location as close to the village, hiking trails, and great restaurants. Highlights of our trip included visiting Devil’s Postpile hike and renting bikes to explore the area. It was the perfect week-long getaway. Mammoth is such a fun destination year-round, and we’d definitely stay here again!

    I liked that the property was set back off the main road so it was quieter. We appreciated the comfy beds and ceiling fans. The property was clean and close to shopping (walking distance).I wish the patio had some room for sitting, but it was used for wood storage. Still, it was nice to sit by the open patio door at the kitchen table.

    I was totally pleased with the condo. Very clean, great location, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We had a very short walk to the shuttle bus and restaurants. The check in process was seamless and easy. Plenty of firewood. The spa was nice and hot and very clean. Really necessary after a great day of skiing. I will definitely stay here again.

    The unit is clean and tidy, but the bathrooms are in need of a remodel. The sheets were clean, but dated and lacking in quantity. The complex facilities were in great shape. Pool and spa were recently remodeled. I'm not sure it's noted in the description but there is a working Sauna which was great to enjoy. Overall our stay was enjoyable, but I would consider looking at a different unit for the cost charged.

    We had a nice time over the holidays despite the dishwasher being broken and very little hot water for the showers. The beds were comfortable, as were the couches, there was lots of firewood. Bring your own Roku stick or more dvds if you plan to watch something. Hot tub was a short walk and was great after a day of skiing.

    This unit appears to have remodeled and was very clean. Carpets looked new and walls recently painted. Kitchen is very functional and with nice appliances. Master bedroom is very spacious, and second bedroom can sleep up to 4 people. Two bathroom which is a bonus for families staying in this unit. Management company and owner were very responsive when I reported an issue Location is good and not far from Mammoth activities. Easy drives to other areas that were having beautiful displays of fall colors.
