Stayed Jul 23, 2018We loved working with Diane. She was very sweet and accommodating. She genuinely wanted us to have a perfect family vacation. The condo was exactly as described. It worked wonderfully for our family of 5 that included children age 7, 9, and 11. The owners gave us detailed instructions about check in and check out. They had great resources for us to reference when we were planning our days. The resort was wonderful. Very easy to walk everywhere when we wanted to stay close and easy to be out and about when we wanted to visit the surrounding beach communities. Our family LOVED staying here on our laid back beach vacation. I would recommend this resort and this owner to anyone and everyone!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Great place. Easy check-in. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the Warf or pool, and passes were included to take a 5 minute shuttle ride to the beach. I definitely recommend.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Our family of five stayed here very comfortably and used this convenient location as our home base while exploring Miramar Beach. The property is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully organized; I especially appreciated the laminated instructions for the appliances, which made everything easy to use. The location is excellent, with quick access to Baytowne Wharf and the pool just steps away.The property manager’s communication was outstanding from booking through checkout, making the whole experience seamless. While you’re here, make time to visit nearby Topsail Hill Preserve State Park; it’s a fantastic spot for families with great amenities and a tram that takes you straight to the beach.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024My family and I stayed in this condo during the ECBC fishing tournament. It is a great location and walking distance to both the marina and all of the fun activities at Sandestin Wharf. The condo was very spacious and clean. There were not any extra blankets or linens if you do need to utilize the pull out couch during your stay but it had everything else we needed! We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024My note to our wonderful owner sums up my review: We had the absolute BEST time at your condo! It was obviously a last minute trip and I didn’t know the area at all, and I can’t believe we lucked out with such a wonderful condo in such a perfect spot. I was traveling with my 3 kids and couldn’t have felt safer and they absolutely loved all that the wharf area had to offer!! The drive to the ocean was so easy, with excellent parking and wonderful beaches. We made so many incredible memories and I’m so thankful. Thank you for offering a beautiful, clean and comfy spot for families to have wonderful adventures together.
