The Trails End building offers unparalleled convenience to both town and mountain. This condo offers beautiful mountain views from the privacy of your fifth floor balcony. The property was recently upgraded with new furniture and a flat screen television in the living area. After a day on the slopes or trails relax in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs and sauna on site. Or enjoy the outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs across the street. Free Wi-Fi, and laundry access are also included with your stay at Trails End.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.  This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

    No, running hot water. Very slow to respond for a solution.We were unable to shower during our stay

    We showed up with below freezing temperatures and a plaque that explained the floor heaters were disconnected, but to use the fireplace. The fireplace did not work (until hours later after maintenance lit the pilot light). The toilet leaked to create a constant wet floor in the bathroom. Maintenance said they would have to schedule some time for that repair. The kitchen faucet leaked non-stop (not of real concern to us, other than a representation of the overall lack of upkeep). Single pane windows were not sealed, frosted over and let the cold in freely. Linens were scratchy/old. Bed springs felt like they were broken in the 1980s. No parking pass, led to a warning that we may be towed... even after a call, we still had to follow up to get that basic element resolved. Every call was met with follow up questions as to where we were, state, city, building, unit number. For the price, and what is advertised as a ski in/out, we have not experienced anything as neglected or poorly managed as this property.

    We had a great stay in Breck for a few spring skiing days. The condo was a perfect size for 2 couples and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to Breck downtown and the Quicksilver chair on Peak 9. We would definitely stay again.

    I thought the price was fair, so the fact that the property showed its age a bit didn’t matter. This is not a luxury stay but certainly has everything you need. The hot tub area isn’t the greatest but the condo itself was very nicely set up. I would stay here again.

    Loved our convenient condo 100 feet from the lift. Great location walkable to town and all restaurants, bars and shopping. Short drive to great supermarket. The condo provided and satisfied basic needs, not updated but was alright. Had some problem figuring out the heat so it was cold and hot. No filter provided for the drip coffee maker, and sheets were not very soft but otherwise a good place to stay. We would stay here’s again.

    Met all expectations for a short ski weekend. Quick and easy check in and check out Ample appliances for family meals Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Excellent short walk to quicksilver lift to begin and end the ski day. Hint, get there early to avoid the large beginner/learner crowds

    We did enjoy our stay, but wish the unit was a bit more upgraded and updated. Wallpaper is peeling off of the walls, tiles are loose in the bathroom, couches seem very old and used, and the kitchen pots/pans/utensils could use upgrading. We also weren't fans of having to find and stop at an office on the other side of Breck to pick up and drop off keys. Shouldn't all units have an electronic keypad to enter the unit these days? It's just disruptive to the whole vacation experience. The location is good. You can't see the lift from the unit but it's a short walk out the back door to the Quicksilver lift. Restaurants/bars and even a ski lodge are all withing walking distance.
