Great beach view, overall ok as expected.

Needs some updates

Everything was as expected and communicating with the property owner was easy no matter what time or which way I reached out. Phone call, text or email.

The location of this property was ideal. Parking was easy and plenty of spots available. The unit itself was mostly as presented in the listing. It is hard to tell by the pictures, but the second bedroom is close to the front door. In the pictures, it looks like it is adjacent to the living room. It is an awkward layout if you have young children in the second bedroom. The balcony views were amazing. However, even being on the 11th floor you can hear party goers up until the pool closes at 11:00. You can hear other people very easily as the balconies are very close to each other. The unit was very bare bones. No hooks to hold towels on the door, chipped paint in areas and the couch and pillows were grimy and in need of washing. It would be nice if there was a place to store beach items, as you are not allowed to leave items at the front door. There is a public area in the main floor to leave items at your own risk. I was hoping the unit would have some beach items to use or share.

This was a very clean property. The entire process from checking in to leaving was a smooth transition without any difficulties. Everything was amazing from the amenities, the location, and property.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient and the views spectacular. We’re planning to come back next year.

Would absolutely buy a condo in this location!!! Hands down

Spacious, comfortable & clean with all the conveniences of home. Great view from the balcony & the beach is beautiful & clean! Peaceful & quiet. Great place for those traveling to just get away from it all. This unit offers a great fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, comfortable living room with balcony access, the bedrooms are spacious & the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are just as spacious. TVs in each bedroom with DVD players & individual WiFi for the unit. Washer & dryer combination makes it easy to take care of your laundry before you head home. The condo complex has several pools & jacuzzis to enjoy & there's a game room with snack & drink machines for the kids. The only downsides are the limited parking & there aren't any fast food restaurants near by if you're looking to grab a quick bite on the go. There are lots of great sit down restaurants if you're looking to have a leisurely meal & plenty of little shops for browsing in. This was my family's first trip to Orange Beach & we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed during the 3rd week of October & the weather was still very warm & pleasant. We missed the busy season & it was really great! Quiet, not crowded, peaceful. The perfect time to go if you're looking to avoid lots of crowds! We'll definitely be back again!
