Stayed May 16, 2025We had to call the agency as the shower and kitchen sink were filling up with drainage issue. I called and they were out to resolve within hours.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023The location of this condo is fantastic and having first floor unit made it very easy to load and unload all of our travel and fishing gear. Thunder Island is a wonderful community. The pool is right on the bay and the docks for keeping a boat are in excellent shape. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. However, I will say I was disappointed with how old some of the furnishings were in the unit..The pictures online definitely were bright and cheerful. When I walked in and saw the unit, my heart sank a little. The sofa and loveseat looked dingy and very worn. The gray chair had scratch marks all over it, almost as if a cat had been using it as a scratch pad. It's clear the unit is getting high volume with renters and it shows. So let the buyer beware...pictures are misleading.

Stayed May 26, 2023We stayed here for a girls trip and the place was perfect for us! It did have a faint smell of smoke when we first arrived, but I believe it is from people smoking outside of the unit. We just opened the sliding doors to the amazing view of the bay and aired it out and it was perfect.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022I have stayed at Thunder Island for 10 years every June and this is a very nice unit. I especially like being on the ground floor. Will try to get this unit again next year.
