Great 9th Floor Views and Just 103 Yards from the Beach!

The host was wonderful and all the amenities and supplies that were in the unit. We’re very helpful.

Host was fantastic to work with. Answered questions very timely. Condo was immaculate, inside and outside. My wife and I were very pleased with this condo rental and the local surroundings.

Our condo was perfect!! It had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We were there for two weeks and it was great. Our view was also great. Will definitely rent here again next year!!

This was the perfect size for my fiancé and I. It doesn’t face exactly on the beach but it still has a great view. The owner responds immediately if there are any questions/concerns.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! This was our first visit to Fort Myers and the area amazing. We enjoyed the time on beach with no crowding, and very pleasant guest. Unfortunately, it rained all week so we departed a day early but that didn’t affect our experience. Condo: host was very quick to reply to messages, the condo is decorated very well and is equipped with all needs (I would have liked a wet mop but I pack wipes with us and it did the trick - also I was very happy to see the floors were so clean!). The location with the view is nothing short of amazing. There is an outdoor pool area that we didn’t take the opportunity to use but it wasn’t crowded anytime we were coming or going. I did forget about pickleball courts but there is a both a Walmart and target Just a short drive away. Location: it appears some rebuilding (wow to that progress!) is still occurring, there was no noise complaints with any work; there aren’t as many attractions but it could just be the area we ended up finding this very calming and relaxing as the beach was not crowded. There is a plaza just across the road to visit for ice cream, and restaurants with a short drive. Check in: we communicated with host and was given instructions for the condo, very easy process. We would definitely stay again, and recommend this condo.

Beach is beautiful! The condo is completely clean. Manager is quick to reply to any and all requests. We would stay here again and recommend to all family and friends. Thank you for a great week and experience:)

Very clean...did nit see any bugs on property at all... very quiet...bring a throw blanket b/c it gets cold especially after being in the sun all day...cant wait to visit again...cant wait to visit again fun beach bar

This is an excellent place in spite of the construction happening due to 3 hurricanes over the past 3 years.The pool is clean, the right temperature and close to the condo buildings.The beach is also very close and a relaxing area.The condo is small, but so well organized that it works very well

Great communication/instructions with property manager. Very clean, and steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Construction was minimal when we were there mainly working on landscaping. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

We loved our stay on Estero - accommodations were exactly as pictured! It is located on Fort Myers Beach, has a beautiful balcony, you can hear the ocean and wonderful December weather! We were looking for a quiet retreat, yet near to touristy stuff, which it was. The condo was perfect for the two of us - there was a Publix 5 miles down the road to the condo - so easy to pick up supplies. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet get away, yet close to the city of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs and Naples.

The condo had everything we needed. Although Ft Myers Beach is still recovering, we had a very relaxing time. There were several wonderful restaurants open with amazing food. The beach was lovely, we enjoyed looking for shells and saw dolphins several times. We did a kayak excursion and saw dolphins, manatee and many native birds. Condo was clean, pool was open, office staff was very friendly, check in was so easy. We were able to borrow pickleball equipment from the office and played a couple games. The hosts were great, they checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed for a smooth check in/out. There was a lot of construction going on in neighboring condos and all along the island. However, the noise was not loud or disruptive. It was good to see the recovery process and the positivity of everyone we met. We had a very nice time and would love to visit again.

Terri was very attentive to our needs and honest about the construction (which was very little) on the grounds. She also communicated the possibility of Red Tide notice she received and offered options for us. As it turned out, there was no Red Tide while we were there. The condo itself was beautiful - newly redecorated and renovated. The condo was clean and updated. The space met our needs for the week. The beach was right outside the building and we had a small view from the balcony. Would highly recommend renting from her.

This condo was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beach, even though at high tide, there isn’t much of it. We’ve stayed at EBTC before Ian, and the beach seems very different now. But we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We like this place and this end of the island. Terri was great with info and answering our questions.

We had a great family vacation at this condo in ft Myers beach. It was neat to see the island slowly rebuilding and businesses being creative to stay open following Ina. The pool is perfect and the access to beach is so convenient. The entire complex is well maintained and perfect for a week of relaxation. We will be back. :)
